I don't even know where to start. I walked into have a lunch while I was driving back to Appalachian State. It's been very hot. And the place was filthy. The bathrooms were even worse. And I ordered just a couple sliders and fries. One of those sliders had a pubic hair inside of it. I asked to see the manager and I'm not really sure what her name was. It was like MEL something I wanna say Melody, but I'm not sure. She was completely rude to me and I got the impression that it was because I am Hispanic. There's a lot of systems going around these days definitely shows that. I showed her pubic hair. I asked for a replacement or a refund and she told me to get the hell out of there. Not kidding. There was no provocation no nothing. She just seemed like she was having a bad day of some kind! Definitely would not recommend eating there again. Just keeps getting worse over time. It used to be a great place for meals. Now the service and quality is constantly degrading. The chicken was weak, fries cold, bird pieces smaller, no attention to quality or service. They seem to take for granted we continue to buy trashy products. Caldwell county mentality. Luckily, we had the order written down. We gave the lady the list. Paid for the order. When we got home, one of the meals was missing. Sorry customer service. Will not go back. After passing through the city of Lenoir, we needed a quick bite to refuel our energy for the road trip. This KFC looked enticing so we decided to head inside. I opted for a 5 piece tenders meal and to my delight, it came out in less than 1 minute. The entire meal was absolutely delicious. The tenders were equivalent to that which would come out of a higher class restaurant. The biscuit was perfect and paired incredibly well with the entire meal. The whole place was spotless too, partially thanks to Wilma who seemed to be working incredibly hard to keep the place clean. She was also incredibly kind when I ordered and deserves the world. All in all, I had a great experience at this place and hope to cross paths again in the future. read more

I eat here quite often and the food is always hot and fresh. The drive thru workers are always extra nice and the wait is usually not long. I recommend KFC over the "other" chicken chain down the road that messed up my simple orders three times in three visits (although the manager was great). My experience was good. Ordered 3 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Order was ready almost as soon as I finished my transaction at the register. Chicken and sides were hot. First, the crew is great! Sadly, I feel compelled to call the store out on something I, personally, have witnessed. R*sa, a sweetheart of a person has a bad habit of wiping her perspiring brow with her hands and or shirt and does not wash her hands unless she's told, she's probably unaware. This is done in view of us, the customers. I have brought this to the attention of other workers. If something isn't done to correct this behavior I cannot continue to visit this location. Now keep in mind the amount of MSG and processed county sides at KFC is enough to make anyone go into insulin shock, but the only thing I usually get here is the chicken livers. Chicken tastes like it has been sitting out for days. There was pepper all over our chicken and super spicy even though i didnt order it that way. And it looks like there was spit in my mash potatoes or something that looked like that. I recommend that you go here during the day when they are not goofing off. read more

Ordered the chicken tenders $5.00 deal. Bit into a 2" bone in my tender. What's funny is a friend of mine said they also bit into a bone...it was in the chicken pot pie. I haven't been back and neither has my friend. read more
