Again I was told she was the manager and I would not get a refund or replacement. What great customer service. I opted to leave the pizza with Christi. It did slide out of the box as I was leaving. Oops! Great customer service is a thing of the past with this pizza chain. The reason for a 10 mile round trip is the Papa John's 1.5 miles from my house has become a haven for unsavory characters who peddle and partake of their wares as well as sleep in a car behind the building.
