I've driven down this road but never noticed this Pizza place. I saw a recommendation in Neighborhood site & decided to try. The service was excellent and was welcomed by the staff. I had a Caprese salad with house-made mozzarella. Really fresh and served on lettuce. We also had a pizza with Ricotta. Thin crust and served nice and hot. Glad to find this spot! read more

The wife and I went looking for a new place to try tonight and we found Greenway Pizza. It's a small family owned restaurant, I do like to support small businesses. Not much to look at from the outside and a little small on the inside but we had a good time. Our waitress Victoria was very nice and made some great recommendations. I started with some jalapeño poppers they were good nothing special but good. My wife started with mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks themselves were good but you dip them in the marinara sauce that made them a lot better. Victoria sold me on the homemade lasagna, damn that was good. My wife got the chicken parm also damn good. Made this fat kid happy. If you're in the area this place is definitely worth a try. We plan on going back. There were a few things I still want to try on the menu. read more

We stopped on our way to snowtubing and skiing. We got cheese bread, pepperoni, and meat lovers pizza for our family and it was delicious.

I went to Greenway Pizza with my mother in law the first time and we split an order of ravioli because it was so big. We each had a simple, but fresh and crunchy salad, plus the fresh bread. The food was delicious, service was good, and everyone was friendly. We took an oder of ravioli home for my husband who was coming home late. He also loved it. We ordered pizza to take out today-one veggie, one pepperoni-both also delicious. When we phoned in the order, we had trouble getting through. We got cut off twice and the connection cut in and out, making it hard to hear, but we did manage to make the order! It is a very small place, but they make great food. read more

Very disappointed with our dinner. I have had good pizza here in the past but tonight was unacceptable. $61 bucks for a burnt pizza. If I didn't live in Valdese I would have driven back with the order, but it was to far of a drive. The fries were great and the desserts were as well. If you order for pickup it seems quality drops substantially. we have ordered out twice, both times pizza was thin and greesy. when you picked up a slice of pizza it literally falls apart into a greesy mess. If you order an extra large pizza the toppings are few. Service was nice. read more

Had the salad with ranch dressing. Fresh and just enough. The lasagna was delicious, enough to take home leftovers. Chicken salad was a generous portion, fresh also. The cheesecake was very good. Had pizza here tonight. We had to wait for over an hour. They said they were short handed so that was understandable. When our pizza came out it was piping hot but when I bit into it a few minutes later the only thing hot was the sauce. Everything else was just a little warm. Crust was burned. They make the pizzas in the morning and then reheat them in the microwave and serve them throughout the day, had a friend that worked there. Thought it was going to be good but the place is nasty and the displayed food makes you want to throw up, dead flys are everywhere. The workers seem not to care, couldn't even bring my self to eat anything I lost my appetite as soon as I saw what they serve. Honestly I'm pretty sure it's a safety hazard. Tried this restaurant for the first time recently. Reviewed them on yelp, was sold when I noticed the business said staff wears mask. My niece ordered me lunch thru the drive up. I asked for a slice of cheese pizza and a cannoli. First the good: The slice was only 2.50 and was huge. The cannoli was 4.25, a little pricy but fresh. The bad news: My niece called, while at the window, to tell me the woman was not wearing a mask or gloves while handling my food. I called the restaurant after she left and spoke with the woman who answered the phone who apparently took the drive thru order and handled my food. She originally tried to appear unaware of who handled my food, when I said my niece saw the woman, she admitted she handled the order. First she said she doesn't wear a mask while working drive thru, when she became aware we knew who handled the food, she said she didn't touch the food. I find it hard to believe there is not a single person who is unaware that Covid is spread thru droplets! Not wearing a mask around food is unpardonable, especially when the business advertises mask wearing on Yelp. It is the least you can do to protect your staff and customers. Such a small sacrifice. Will I eat their food again. Not while Covid is going on. Burke county cases are on the rise. This doesn't help. read more
