She was sooo cheerful and helpful and sweet about the whole situation. Long story shortened... I searched my car again, found my wallet and my card was indeed in my purse side pocket. We ordered 8oz of chicken, and received 4.5 oz, similar for the carnitas and the peppers/onions. I will post pictures of the food on the scale. When we called and spoke to the manager, they were polite and offered to fix it if, but only if we drove back to the store. We told her we weren't driving another 30 minutes to fix their mistake.
