Turns out that apparently they only park cars to try and keep their Drive-Thru times down, and it has nothing to do with making fresh, hot, or anything remotely resembling tasty food. The fries were cold and hard, the burgers were cold, dry, flattened, and had obviously been sitting awhile. I had a sit down lunch a few days ago and the restaurant was very dirty. I ordered a large BM Combo from my APP because nobody would come to the front counter. When I asked for a refill on my large Coke they brought me a small refill. I showed them I bought a large drink and they said this is now the policy. I refused the small and they brought back a medium. When I said no, they finally brought a large but I heard them pour the cup full of ice and then just add a small amount to top it off. If this is what McDonalds has come to then I will no longer spend money with them. This is probably the healthier decision anyway. read more

Just close already! Ordered coffee with uber and it is full of grounds. Drive thru yesterday as I was there and same issue- drive thru fills cups up 1/2 full and gets nasty when you tell them to fill it up. Besides the language issue that is already a struggle- they need not be so nasty and the quality of the food is not good. You cannot stay open in this area and behave like this. For anyone really reading this review- look at the floor as you are getting your food; this place is disgusting. Ugh. Not like writing bad reviews. But I am not doing my job if I do not share my experiences honestly. I had a job interview in the area and I thought I come here to get a quick bite to eat so the interviewers wouldn't hear my stomach growling. And I didn't want to get too much food or something heavy. All I wanted is a nice simple cheeseburger with a small coke. That should be a simple enough order and I figure I should be in and out in no time. Wrong! This place was so disorganized. Why does it take 20 minutes for me to get my single cheeseburger is beyond me. Yes it was during lunch hour, but you'd think the managers of this place should have already got their staff trained to face the busy lunch hour. The worst part is that I see no staff have any urgency to take care of customer's orders. All I saw was the staff in the kitchen laughing and joking around and not paying any attention to their jobs. The real busy working person at the time was the manager which I think it's totally wrong. Luckily I arrived this place early so I still managed to get my food and made to my job interview on time. They forgot my drink I had to ask for it and when I did they gave me the wrong one and when I tried asking for the correct drink they insisted that they gave me the right drink and I kept asking her and then she started ignoring me so I asked another lady and she insisted I got the right drink as well. Kinda felt like I was going to get murdered and I was only going through the drive through, the employee spoke very softly and kept repeating "cash only". Unfortunately (you'll see why) we had cash on us so we were able to purchase food. We ordered the two for $5 deal and got two Big Macs and two medium fries, the fries were cold and had the texture of a piece of poster board and felt like they had been made the previous day and just left out. They did however add a ton of salt on top to try and mask the staleness of the fries. The Big Macs were not Big Macs, they were little Macs. I say this because I'm not sure what kind of patties these were but they were not the typical Big Mac patties... it was like a kids sized patty and was really disappointing. The quality of service I received at this McDonald is by far the worst treatment ever. I visit the McDonalds every other morning because I'm a property manager at Aura Boca that's located right across the street. Never have I had any complaints until today. As I approached the drive thru there was one car in the left lane and I drove up to the right that was completely open. I placed an order for a sausage biscuit as I like to eat them with my red bull. I was asked to pull to the 2nd window, which I did, handed her a 10 and was given a hashbrown instead of my sandwich. I told her that wasn't mine and that I had the sausage biscuit. She then looks at the register in confusion and looks back at me and says, you must have skipped the line. Excuse me, we're human and make mistakes but to accuse me of an unwarranted act to deflect on your mistake is unethical and a cop out. I say to her, "mam there was 2 of us in line and we each had our own drive thru, what are you even speaking on"? She says don't you yell at me, that's when I lost it because now, you're accusing me of now 2 acts that weren't committed. I then proceeded to yell and ask for my money back and her name to report her. She doesn't give her name, and I say, "that's ok, I'll record". She then closes the window on me and another manager had to come to give me my money back since she wouldn't comply. She had on a manager's shirt, bleached skin with spots on her face, chubby and had dread locks. She wouldn't give her name, but the description is verbatim, and you would be able to spot her out. This review will be left on all platforms including the BBB. I definitely make time to share my experience good or bad, but no way will have someone this unprofessional represent my well-known brand and taint my companies core values. I have never reviewed this location because I literally go there almost every morning for the last year and a half since I moved to Florida from california. Given my experience three out of 5 days minimum of the week I see why they have a 1.5 star rating. NOT GOOD AT ALL do not buy from here i don't know if its ghetto but.. basically my friend ordered food for us and our group about $60 we have 6 large fries plus 1 free one so about 7 fries and a few other things, when the order came my friend said "this is light" and i was like open it, so when we did none of our correct food was in there. the only things that were in there was 2 fries (medium) 2 ten piece nugget, and ice-cream, we had ordered so much more and our group is about 6-7 people so we had gotten enough fries for everyone same with the nuggets but instead we got the wrong order, now we had to share everything and yeah sharing isn't that big of a deal but sharing only 2 medium fries between a group of 6-7 isn't gonna work, same with the nuggets.
