...so after my last 1 star review of the Burger King on Glades & Boca Rio, I'm giving this location 4 stars (-1 because all franchisees should be on the same page). At the Boca location, I was made to look like an idiot for presenting a 6 digit coupon code. They argued that the code should be 4 digits in which I drove off and ditched the order after an unnecessary debate. It seriously felt like I was at the DMV and it was tempting to snort at the manager for shock value and to start a new TikTok trend. In the Coconut Creek location, this blonde lady accepted the 6 digit code in seconds. We told her about the previous fiasco and she happily responded, "Our burger is the best. Ditch the rest". I don't normally write a review on this type of restaurant. But I have to tell you, this Burger King was absolutely fantastic. The staff was so nice and friendly. Donavan took our order and interacted with us like a five star establishment. Rhonda is the manager. She is friendly and works right along side of her staff. This place was so clean. The garbages were all clean. Tables clean. Floors clean. You could even see the staff cleaning behind the counters. While we were eating donavan even came out to see if we needed anything! Really? This is Burger King. We were very impressed I had to check out the bathrooms. They were also spotless! When we left I asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to tell her how impressed we were by the way she ran her Burger King. She was so excited and told her staff and thanked us. Her staff was so cute and excited about the compliment too. I told her I was going to call her corporate headquarters and tell them. Oh by the way. We got the Impossible Burger. Delicious!!!!!! I also got a chocolate milkshake. Equally as delicious. I just left Burger King (2:28pm on 6/24) and had such a good experience. It did not even feel like a fast food establishment, as they generally have bad wraps for having poor service. Anyways, the women I encounter when I come here every now and then are always so pleasant. They have great attitudes and work hard from what I can see. I usually go through the drive thru but from my point of view at the window, everything looks well-maintained and clean. I feel like I can trust these people and this specific location with my order, I barely even check my food when leaving solely based on confidence from previous times. Coming here, I really didn't want a burger, but the place I wanted to go had closed down so a burger it was. The cashier, who was friendly, took my order. My order took awhile only because they were making fresh fries which is a good thing-the bad thing was my sandwich sat while I waited. I also noticed a few flies which isn't a good thing. The line began to back up and finally I got my food. A lot of the smaller tables needed to be wiped down which drives me crazy. The burger and fries were good. I don't expect Kobe beef at Burger King. It's ok here. I'm a little shocked it has 4.5 stars here. It's a Burger King so I have to be realist. As a fast food chain in general it's ok. read more

Most of the staff are nice, but this location is notorious for handing open drinks to vehicles so that the drink splashes all over the place. Only stop at this location if you're ready to go get your vehicle detailed afterwards. Make sure to check your lids. Every time they hand you a drink because, even though it is a manager handing you the drink, guaranteed they are not checking it to make sure it is closed properly. But, I was in a hurry just wanted a jr whopper and there wasn't a line. Everything went fine until I got up to the window and the attendant wasn't wearing a mask. First, the lady on the speaker was very happy sounding and took my order right away. She told me the total and then proceeded to tell me to have a good day. She put a smile on my face. Burger King was once known as the burger stop in which "you can have it your way" which played against the McD philosophy that all burgers had to be the same. Luckily you can now get burgers in any design as well as chicken and even fish. We decided on the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches for the adults to share and they were served hot and fresh. My Chicken sandwich had a weird grainy texture and manager quickly replaced without issue for a Whopper. Great service ! The kids each enjoyed the 3.49 king special which was a combo with two small tiny sandwiches, drink and a Fry. Kids love the new Coke machines and Minute Made offered some limited summer flavors. While better burgers are offered elsewhere, it is hard to find fault in BKs game. We needed a quick lunch while school shopping for kids and nice to have sandwiches that appeared hot and relatively fresh. Stepped in for a bite to eat last night. This place is spotlessly clean, both inside and out. I ordered a whopper, soda and a cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream. In the evening around 7:30pm, it was kind of slow. actually, I was the only one there. The manager on duty was Robert. I struck up conversation with him. He was assisting tonight on the register ringing up orders. I guess he liked my conversation and offered caramel or hot fudge on my ice cream for free. That was awful nice of him. Shows good management. I told him, I like this location as it is one of the few places that offer the soda machine that makes hundreds of different drink combinations. The burgers are good. You can have it your way as the ads used to say. I like my burgers with super heavy onions. Only one negative but this a fault with all fast food burger chains serving soft serve ice cream. Just left there. Manager Sheritta gave me the nastiest attitude when I asked for the money back after I ordered a well done burger and it was charred. Told me I needed to specify how I wanted it cooked because when I say well done how are they supposed to know if I want it burnt or not? Threw the food away right in front of her and she had the nerve to say she couldn't give me my money back because I threw the food away? Took her sweet time giving me my money back meanwhile all her employees were giving me dirty looks. This is right down the street from me in a very convenient location and I will be going to a different BK the next time I go because of the service here. I was waiting in line so long that a of couple of times we actually almost drove away. One of those times was after paying for the food. To top it off, they can't seem to get my order right. I don't expect much from fast food places but if it's a number on your menu... you either can't read or there is no training. Whatever the reason is, it will keep me from coming back.
