Honestly, this McDonald's is a very good one. It does have its downsides of course, but the staff are always learning and want everyone to have a good experience there. The food is great, especially the snack wraps. The burgers are made with real beef patties and are consistently served fresh. Overall, it has an amazing atmosphere. read more

My wife stopped by for breakfast through the drive-thru and got two breakfast burritos and hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they were fried in old grease, with a very strong, pungent taste. The breakfast burritos were good. Customer service was on point. Our order was correct. Overall, a good experience, but needs to pay attention to changing out the grease. read more

Typical McDonalds food. Hot, fresh, fast. Pleasant, trained staff. Although an elderly gentleman insisted on mopping the entire lobby while people were trying to order and fill their drinks. He was just there to "git 'er done" and that he did. Ronald has a few tricks hidden in those giant red shoes...Video games! in the kids area keeps kids happy... although it kills physical play. If you need a break take the kids here. If your kids need exercise..... keep looking. All in all... standard McDonalds with the extra perk (or negative) of video games. read more

Just had food ordered from the McDonald's in Boaz with the DoorDash app. I promise you this McDonalds is so bad that I would give them 0/5 stars if it was possible. The problem at hand is, they left items off of our order, the food was cold, and my mothers burger was raw all the way through. Every single patty that was in her Double Quarter Pounder had pink that was most definitely undercooked and posed a serious health risk. My 10 piece wasn't to standards. Not only that but my fries were over salty and cold. My mother has called up there and all that they could apparently do was replace it. The manager there was very polite and apologized, however, I feel that this isn't enough. Half of the employees are incompetent and lack respect for the customers as well as customer service or care for their duties. The restaraunt is never clean. I have attached photos below to help visualize the seriousness of the cooks not doing their job to ensure fully cooked food for their customers. If you care about your family, do NOT take them here to eat, or, order food from this establishment. The health department will be notified and an inspection WILL be done. read more

I have been coming to this McDonalds for a very long time. I thought that with their recent remodeling, they would have better facilities to better serve their customers and fill orders. Well, I thought wrong. It is okay if you go in and sit down to eat but just forget about going through the drive thru. Although they have 2 drive thru lanes for menus and speakers, they usually have one of them closed, despite almost constantly having an insanely long line. Also, don't count on getting your order correct. They ALWAYS seem to miss or forget something. Every time I order a McCafe drink, the iced or frozen ones are half melted and the hot ones are only lukewarm, and that's dine in and drive thru. It's a toss up on the temperature of the food. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's not. The staff are generally what you'd expect from a fast food joint. I guess they have their good days and bad days. Maybe I just always catch them on their bad days. They have a great facility, it's very modern. It has a great play place for children and special screens that you walk up to and order at inside. Overall, I will continue eating here because it is quick and cheap, but the frequency of my visits will be greatly diminished. read more

As a former manager at this particular McDs, I urge everyone eating there to check their meat. Always. Meats are not kept to proper temps and they are also used far past the expiration date. I haven't worked there in years; however, one of my friends just sent me a picture of her steak biscuit. The steak had a very long tape worm in it. Obviously, they have not fixed their issues since my employment there. I hate to leave a review like this here, but people need to know. read more
