The management in this store has hired a towing company to patrol their lot and "boot" the tires of non-McDonald's customers, but apparently they're not very discerning about who is a customer and who is not. My husband went in for carry-out only to come out a few minutes later to see a boot being placed on his car. A call to the management was fruitless- they did not care I was upset- so a call was placed to their corporate customer service. If you're going to go- use the drive-through. You park at your own risk, even if you're a paying customer. read more

I wish that there is another Mc Donalds near. My father likes to order here most of the time the order comes wrong. Before you even leave make sure that you check your order if not one of them is definitely missing not sure if they are doing it on purpose or not. Worst McDonalds ever. I go here after the drunk munchies kick in from Obals Inn next door and they are open late. However, they constantly get my order wrong. Once I got a burger and they forgot the meat. I check my order all the time now but you can't sit there and open every sandwich or count every McNugget. If you ask for a special order, it will be special. No catchup, you get extra catchup. Extra pickles, you get no pickles and extra onions. I think this is due to the language barrier. Beware of a new policy at this McDonald's. If you park in their lot and leave it to go to another place in the area, they will boot your car and it will cost you a minimum of $200 to remove the boot. It's a private security firm that is on the premises and they have signs to that effect posted, which were not there on my previous visit. This happened to me last weekend when I ran across the street to the bank and was gone less than 10 minutes. If it's after 4pm, you have to pay cash because their "office" is closed. Pretty sure I've spent way more that $200 at this location, which I will never again patronize, so I hope it was worth it to them. read more

I Have no problem with this location but looking at the other reviews they tend to give the wrong orders at times. I notice when I go there most of the times between 11:30am-3pm There is the same old lady with a book puzzle and coffee sitting at the table.This McDonalds If you have a car they will boot your car if you stay over 30min. Nice, clean McDonalds! Re: Security & towing issues, many people were using the McD parking lot without patronizing the restaurant. They would park there, go to dry cleaners, post office, etc. without even entering McDonalds. The security guard is there occasionally to make sure only McD patrons use the parking -- a reasonable activity! read more

I haven't been to this McDonald's in several years. The service I remember was not great. They always messed up my order. Today was my first time back and service was MUCH better. Friendly people. Like the one in Hoboken, they remodeled this and looks more like a coffee shop than a fast food place. Downside is that parking is not great, so you're better off being a walk-in. read more

Couldn't even get just a cup of coffee right! Ordered black with two splendas and got light and sweet. The man in front of me in the drive though also just ordered coffee and I bet they switched our coffees. So both of us have I drinkable coffee. I called. Absolutely horrible, they don't even have a professional way of handling the drive thru, I pull up to the first voice speaker box/menu, and say hello like 5 times, then shawty has an attitude telling me hold on, and tells me to drive up to the second speakerbox/menu, she starts to take the order of the car behind me, that is at the first speaker box i moved from, and I'm like wtf...then I say hello again, and she finally takes my order in a rude ass tone, I pull up to the window to pay and was not surprised by who it was, this dirty-looking ghetto ass chick with an attitude, I pull up to the next window, and I'm told to park to the side for them to bring out my order.. smhhh read more

Changing this review to as low as it gets. For some reason they insist in putting a woman there on the drive thru who can barely speak and understand English late night before they close . It took me about 3-4 mins to explain what I wanted as she kept asking me if I wanted a Mc fluffy or whatever the fuck it's called or if I wanted coffee. This is not her fault , poor thing was trying her best but she should NOT be on the window . Put her at the counter where you have a much better chance of explaining your order. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Drive thru girl acts like it's your fault she has to work-rude as can be-asked for bbq sauce with my ten piece. When I got to the drive through-reiterated that I d like extra bbq sauce for my 10 piece. Only to get back to where I was with ONE bbq sauce-not a single napkin and no straw for my drink-after dopey at the window said it was in my bag. This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. The employees constantly get the orders wrong. So many times we get home only to notice missing items. I go to this place 3-4 times a week, small lobby, but the people are very nice and polite, and is always clean.

Most of the workers are rude as hell . I go there a lot because I love the fries and smoothies but they always try to give me cold hard fries and get mad when request fresh ones I don't understand, it's not coming out of their paycheck but anyway I went there today and I've been seeing this one black girl and she always has an attitude so she handed me my fries and I said they're too dark and she said well that's how they came out. So I said I don't care , I'm not eating hard fries . Then she hands me the wrong milkshake. So she pours it out and puts vanilla in it with strawberry still it , what if I was allergic to that , then what . So anyway , I get my fries and I knew that half of it was the first one I got so I just left because I didn't feeling like snatching anyone up. Overall , that McDonald's is okay , if you get the nice people that give you fresh food and not all the attitude . If you go there just make sure you check your food , they do forget things , check your change and make sure it's fresh ! read more
