1- when you pull in to the drive-thru there is an automated voice that tells you to pull forward to the next screen. The next screen, however, is cracked and doesn't work. We couldn't see the menu. Luckily, no one was behind us so we could back up and see the previous menu. The employee was a bit rude about it too. My husband told him the screen was black and said "sorry there's nothing I can do about that, what can I get for you?" My husband said "I need to back up and look at the previous menu." Employee said "you do that." 2- we ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my son. We get home and there are NO chicken nuggets in his happy meal box. The staff was very nice and willing to keep checking on you. My friend placed a mobile order for me to pick up at the store. Somehow another customer claimed that. One employee saw that I was still standing there waiting for my order for at least 15mins, she immediately tries to assist me first before the other orders. At least she is trying to get my order so I can head off and not giving me attitude. read more

I ordered a double cheese burger, double filter of fish, large fries and large vanilla shake on 04-23-25 at approximately 1000pm. I didn't check the order till I got home. When I opened the bag, the filet of fish was a single sandwich. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The night manager claimed i was lying about the filet of sandwich and claimed it was a double that was placed in the bag. So what did i do with the other filet. It was a useless waste of time arguing with this moron, who basically was calling me a liar. I admittedly called her a few choice words which i now regret, but I'll be damned if I'm paying$20 for overpriced food which was not received as ordered, that somebody is going to basically call me a liar. Will not return to this establishment. Now I know why I have ordered fast food since covid. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is not only unsanitary and disgusting but also immensely biased employers to work for!!! I am a former employee. I worked for this place for merely a week. Upon entering this place i noticed how nice everyone was and smiles on their faces and i thought....hmm...this will be a nice place to work. About 2 days in....i realized...i was dead wrong. Half the staff (majority managers with exception to one person or so) reeked of marijuana all shift long. Stumbling around and constantly knocking things over. Then immediately i noticed the health concerns. Bugs, nats, roaches, you name it. I have photos below of the local health inspectors report. There is one thing she forgot to inspect but you can clearly see all the violations here. Temperatures being off. You name it...its bad. Your lovely fries? Supposed to be kept in the hopper at 28 degrees but is kept at 37! When they get soft and jam one side they sit for hours until the other side breaks then they scoop fries bare handed into the fry vats to fry up. Yum. Dont get me started on PPE. Grill managers seen not wearing masks and just one glove. The people on fries no gloves. Drive thru presenters...no gloves. The pest companies havnt been in the place since January which means no inspections have been done. Managers even the general manager being lazy...listens to sports radio all day. When i questioned other employees of the bug infestation...note: employees are told to spray walls with disinfect every hour or two....no biggie. (Yea cuz bugs love walls? ) Meat and sandwich toppings kept at unsafe temps. When i brought ALL these concerns to managers i was SILENCED. Every time!! Heres the best part...the managers were all covering for another managers drug dealing operation. Yea! Within 4 days I was offered to buy drugs from a manager. Upon bringing all these health concerns and drug dealing concerns...i was terminated on a technicality. Its a shame too because i came here to start a new life...and my first job ina new place...im forced to collect unemployment which hasnt even gone thru yet and won't for quite a few weeks...and... fear even going to work due to mental health.... What if it happens again.... Is this place a cover up for something bigger? What if...every time i speak out i get fired? Should i stop? No. Because...its my right to speak. We arrived with our young child 1 hour before closing time with the hope of dining inside and found the door was locked. We stood in front of the door reading the business hours posted on it and were approached by a staff member who was sweeping. He yelled at us that they were closed. We nodded and understood, but pointed to the hours which said they closed at 10pm and indicated that it was only 8:50pm. He continued to yell at us that they were closed in a very harsh and angry tone and brought his face up to the glass and stared us down until we stepped away. He didn't help us clarify if the drive-through was still open or why the dining room was closed early. Totally unnecessary aggression and disrespect towards customers, especially in front of a child. We left without even attempting the drive-through because we were so turned off by the treatment. read more

I like this location! The drive thru is always crowded when I come here, but they get you through very quickly. The food is hot and fresh and the staff are friendly, which is a surprise cause most fast food places, the employees are miserable. This is one of my favorite McDonald's locations. read more

Dined in the morning of July 13, 2024. The manager, a large black woman with a beard was rude and unprofessional. Talking back to customers. Just because she or he was overwhelmed does not give her the right to come at me for feeling for ketchup with my hand under the small counter. That's where they keep it, it's normally kept inches from that exact spot on top of the counter top surface. As I walked away she started cursing me. I asked for a stirrer for my coffee, I got ignored, then I asked another worker and the manager yelled "I gotta go to the back to get it, hold on!" I normally wouldn't go to a McDonalds because I know better. My wife is pregnant and was craving it so here we go.... Waited about 20 mins to make a order with only 3 cars in front of us. Finally get up to the window after another 10 mins where I pay and am directed to pull further up to wait for our food. Finally our food comes up to us. We are greeted with cold, soggy fries. I handed them back while asking for fresh fries. We received the same fries back 3 mins later refried which tasted worse. My wife takes 2 bites of the Big Mac and spits it out. The apple fitter is...one second I have to pause Gold Roses by Rick Ross and Drake to focus. Okay the apple fritter is like angels getting pedicures. The sweet icing is spread across the top flowing In and out of each ripple of the top of the perfectly baked apple fritter. Inside there is just enough apples in every bite to make you smile. The is cinnamon woven inside the dough, completing the apples inside. The outside is perfectly baked and the inside is sponge like but not gooey. I can tell they did a lot of research and took their time perfecting this apple fritter, before releasing this masterpiece to the public. read more

Food all over the floors, cooking equipments filled with oil, understaffed every time, drive thru line wait is more than 5 minutes, pick-up service is a 10 minute wait, sitting area is hardly cleaned up, barely warm food, and the food preparation is carelessly handled... The only reason I give this a one star is because the cashier was very nice. The service at this location is extremely slow! I've never seen anything like it! Slowwwww and rude af! The manager at this location barks at the customers and encourages her staff to fight customers and refuse service if we ask questions. We asked why was the food so delayed and she ate us alive! Yelling saying there's orders before us etc etc . She could've delivered that message in a much more professional manner but she's rude and nasty. She is extremely unprofessional and unapproachable. I would never return and that manager needs training on how to deal with customers. She's horrible and she's training the others to be like her. read more

My experience at this McDonald's is less than stellar. I walked in and this employee was behind the counter on his phone. Not lifting a finger to help any customers. I'm fact he had other employees help me and another customer. This pissed me off. Left a bad taste in my mouth. It's poor customer service and unprofessional. I emailed corporate. A guy replied named Mike Anton and he did apologized, but refused compensation. I told him it was poor customer service, lack of caring, I was left standing there with other customers feeling unwelcomed. He didn't reply to me at all. I've visited this McDonald's 50 times in the last few years but I hadn't been there in about a year until 11/3/2014. I arrived at 8:15am in the drive thru. It took 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge that I was sitting there waiting to order. This also happed with the two cars in front of me. So I waited from 8:15 to 8:30 in the drive thru line before I could even place my order. Once my order was placed, I pulled up, paid for my breakfast and pulled forward to pick it up. It took a few minutes more before my order was ready. I thought maybe they were waiting for the hash browns to finish cooking. After receiving my food, I pulled into a parking spot to eat it. The egg on the mcmuffin was cold and the hash brown was also cold. I have no idea what the staff was doing that morning but it was definitely not focusing on customer service and food quality! read more
