The beef was dry and not tender. The shells were ok. The best part was the lime Oaxaca cheese and the consommé somewhat helped me get the beef down. The portion was very small. Not a good value in my humble opinion. The other patrons were mostly young and enjoying margaritas. I think booze is the draw to this spot. Without it your just getting average Mexican grub. Heck of a location in the Borough, but my visits left me longing for a hot pepper!
