It's such a relief not having to trek all the way to Philadelphia for a truly satisfying cheesesteak. What makes it even better is the variety. There are so many options, including a chicken cheesesteak, which I really appreciate. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the portions are massive and easily enough for multiple meals. I brought a friend visiting from Dallas who isn't much of a foodie, but even she was blown away by the chipotle cheesesteak. She usually doesn't have much of an appetite, yet this dish was a total hit. The spice packed a bold kick, definitely not for the faint of heart, but absolutely delicious. We also tried the Cajun fries, which were bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The experience left such an impression that we've already pinned the menu to our fridge, and I can see us ordering from here regularly!

The beer cheese was not the best and the pork roll a bit too chunky didn't make a perfect bite. As always they rock the chicken sandwiches out of the park. Juicy, tender, full breast, breaded and crisp. Flavorful ham and nice honey mustard. Keep it up Coop - we will keep coming back and trying different items.

Aside from that, the food is fantastic, with large portions at a reasonable price. I appreciated that it wasn't overly cheesy or greasy. The cheesesteak is made with ribeye, offering a different twist, while the buffalo chicken cheesesteak features small cubes of chicken, setting it apart from the typical chopped style. We also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, Nashville, and regular, with the Nashville not being too spicy. My friend tried the shrimp tacos--they disappeared before I could snap a picture. We ordered takeout, though there is limited seating with only a few tables available. I'm excited about this place and can't wait to try more dishes.

Maranucci's Deli serves one of the best sandwiches I've had in Philadelphia…read more This is likely to poke the cheesesteak or roast pork purist out there but I'm gonna say it anyways... The corned beef hoagie at Marinucci's Deli is incomparable. It is layered with paper thin slices that are rich but never heavy. The dressing is balanced, the coleslaw adds a nice tang, and the shredded lettuce brings a fresh crunch that ties it all together. That's not enough. If you're from Philly you know that none of the above matters if your bread sucks. Well... Marinucci's offers seeded and unseeded rolls that are incredible. Please join me in thanking baby Buddha for this crusty, chewy yet fluffy vessel of perfection. The hoagie is massive, about the length of two of my hands long, and consistently excellent from first bite to last. When I first unrolled the hoagie my immediate thoughts were that I would never finish this in one sitting. I was right but you do you boo. The service matches the quality. It is an old school deli line that moves fast, with orders handled quickly and accurately even during a rush. Key word is ACCURATELY. Who knew that in 2026 whether or not a business can make your order accurately would be a thing but here we are. It's an important mention because this little detail tells me that they actually give AF. Ambiance: think classic Philly deli but without the attitude or aggression. Add chips and rice pudding to complete your order :)

Anyway if you've ever been here you know there is nothing around the mall but fast food. That's really not what I wanted. I was having so much trouble deciding we just ended up in the food court. You could smell the cheese steaks down the hall and it smelled really good. Good enough to coax me into a closer look. Upon a closer look the two guys running the shop were so friendly I was like yeah I'll do it. Only two guys doing door dash deliveries and live people in the food court. So one guy is taking orders then running back to cook. Then he was apologetic about the wait. I'm like take your time man! They were rocking it out. So then we get our food and it's really excellent. None of it is greasy. I got gourmet fries and a philly chicken cheesesteak. Fries weren't deep fried and greasy. Only complaint- worst ketchup receptacle at any restaurant ever. There is no way to hold it and keep the ketchup inside. Next time I come to a movie here I'll do it again.
