I don't understand why all the poor reviews here... I've come here many times and never had a problem that they didn't fix... I don't know why all these people didn't check their food before they left... In my opinion a lot of these complaints would have been rectified if they brought it to the attention of the supervisor on duty... As I said my food here has always been good and if a mistake was made they fixed it immediately... I got home once and they didn't give me enough condiments... I've never had Taco Bell before so decided to try it out. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and got two #4's which is a crunch wrap supreme with a beef taco and a drink. We asked for hot sauce with our order as well. When we pulled up to the first window to pay the cashier said we owed a lot less money than what our order originally cost so we asked him if he was sure he had the correct order. He left for a little bit and then came back with our correct pricing. We basically live across the street so less than 5 minutes passed between us receiving the food and then eating it, thus the general takeout depreciation time wasn't much. That being said I was not impressed with the quality of the food haha. They didn't give us any hot sauce at all even though we requested it. They also gave us no napkins. My taco was alright. Mostly shredded lettuce and cheese, barely any beef. While my crunch wrap supreme was not crunchy at all. Then once you get to the last few bites it's mostly tortilla wrapper and all the sauce that seeped to the bottom. Probably won't get Taco Bell again unless I have a craving. read more

i started DoorDashing in the area recently. 478 on-time deliveries, and these boffins behind the counter to 25 MINUTES to get the order ready, I went from a $23 TIP to $0 in minutes. Spent 43 minutes for them to get their _hit together, Delivered the order, and the client was pissed. Who gets hit? ME!| My time on site waiting: was 40 Minutes. It was late but I was so hangry! Pulled up tot the window and was greeted with an energetic "May I take your order". She patiently waited for me to make my selection. My order was ready in under 5 mins. They made one mistake with my order and my daughter's food. I ordered the chalupa box. My favorite drink here is the mango ice tea. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area! They never get the orders correct or they will forget to place everything you ordered in the bag. And forget trying to make anything vegetarian. I have come home many times with beef instead of beans in my meals. And they make no attempt to improve. For one, the I could managers the second I entered the front door, arguing and yelling in the back- What a horrible greeting! I definitely did not feel welcome. Very disappointing. I order everything through the App to make sure everything is exactly as I need it. Ordered a Steak power bowl with almost all carbs like rice and beans removed for keto diet. So I paid the extra $ to make it steak and even more for the extra steak to be included. Then added a separate side of nacho cheese which was more $. I get home and there is exactly 6 tiny pieces of steak smaller than a starburst, which is less than I've ever gotten at any other locations without even paying for extra. Then the side of nacho cheese which is already a small container had less than 1/3 of it filled with cheese. This location is crazy stingy on anything you actually pay extra for. This restaurant honestly blew me away! I know, it's Taco Bell. But hear me out. We're in the midst of a pandemic. I've been to other fast food spots here and there. None of them compare to the safely precautions as this Taco Bell! Love that there was a separate window for payment (which they take in a cup. He had on gloves and wore his face mask properly. (Do not touch your hands with theirs at all). Then when pulling up to get our food they have a basket they use to hold your drinks. You take them out yourself-no contact. Same with the food. Don't go by their hours ever! they seem to close whenever they like went 11:15pm on a Saturday they were closed already lit up like they were open their app and website says they closed at 1am obviously not this happened on a few occasions watch out for that and if you order through the app make sure you get your sauce even though you put it on your order on your app they will pretty much forget always . read more

I'm normally not the person to go out of my way to give a review about a business or establishment but this location is just ridiculous. Service is very slow, employees are very rude for the exception of one or two people. My order is always messed up 9 out of 10 times I go there, even when my order is only like one item. I just went through their drive-thru a few minutes ago and ordered the nacho crunch double stacked taco with a medium baja blast. The taco is supposed to have meat, cheese, lettuce, "red strips" which are those little red Fritos pieces and nacho cheese sauce. I asked for no lettuce but add sour cream. The girl taking my order even repeated it back to me correctly. Well I just opened up the taco and it literally only had beef, cheese and sour cream....and they gave me a half and half brisk instead of a baja blast. Unfortunately I did not check my food until I got home but I honestly wouldn't of went in to fix my order anyway because when I do, I get nothing but an attitude from the employees like I'm inconveniencing them so at that point I feel like they are going to spit in my food or something. Just very bad service at this location. I don't know what the issue is. The only reason I ever even still go to this location is because it's 5 mins from my house but I think today will be my last visit to this Taco Bell. The job is not hard. I understand working in fast food isn't the greatest but it's still a job and you're still making some kind of income, would it kill you to just TRY to do your job right, even just a little? I have gone here many times to grab a quick bite to eat on my breaks at work. And every time I am greeted by a pleasent voice. I have never had a problem here until today when some lady was picking a fight with the poor girl at the window. I was already running behind schedule and had to wait about ten minutes just to pay for my meal. When I got to the window, I expressed politely how I rarely complain but I felt it was unfair that I had to wait so long. The manager who was already at the window told me to keep moving along and that my meal was comp'd. It was only $3.20 but I can't express how much it meant to me.
