So I elected to add an extra patty on that thang (don't judge me). There was no sort of selection as far as how to cook the burger, so it ended up being a bit dry for my liking. It was supposed to be your traditional bbq / blue cheese style burger, but I don't think there was any sauce on it once I got it. Of course I made my own with the condiments provided (nice work having cholula, I have no idea why places carry traditional Tabasco from the pre-historic days). This restaurant is perfectly serviceable, especially for a small airport. The side salad and regular salad are actually surprisingly decent for what you would expect too. I just think there's a few things that they can easily adjust to make the burger much better.
