Ticket times for inside dinning and the drive thru are way too long. They should go back to the old system.

I am usually fine with this location. Fast, clean and get everything I order. But tonight the 20 piece chicken nuggets from takeout were hard as rocks when I opened the package when I got home. I even called them. The manager was very apologetic and said she would give me credit when I came by and she got my name-- so great recovery. I don't care so much about replacements as my disappointment. I just threw them in the trash. I still gave a 4 for the other good times. read more

This service is extremely slow. Expect a long wait during peak hours. Not sure about the quality because after waiting 20 minutes we left. The new building is nice. Perhaps with more competition in the area the management team will wake up and realize they are a fast food restaurant. By the way, this is not typical of the McDonalds I've visited. read more

This place was filthy!! Floor looked like it had not been mopped in days. Bathroom was a mess and the tables in the play area were nasty. French fries on the floor and other trash on floor under a table. No sign of staff trying to clean up lots of chit chat at front counter, but no one working to achieve cleanliness ! I have been buying my grandbaby Happy Meals here for the past two years. Their service has declined. She handed me a nugget that she said someone had taken a bite out of and sure enough, it was very obvious. The fries (sometimes) taste like old oil. Ate a big Mac and coke Sunday July 1st at 3pm. 12 hours later i started getting chills and a little feverish. Turns out I caught some type of norovirus. Diarrhea after the second day for two days. Most likely from employee who didn't wash their hands after use of the restroom. If you also got sick after July 1st, contact the manager and / or corporate office. I don't really expect much from this location since they seem to get the order wrong every time my family goes here for my sibling. All my little sister ever wants is a plain hamburger with ketchup only on it. 9 times out of 10, even after specifically telling the cashier taking orders, you can expect the burger to have everything on it and having to have the order changed out at the window. Today, there was a lot of construction going on at this location and it was very windy, and the person taking our order input the order correctly...yet by the time we got the food, it wasn't even what we paid for! The man silently took the food back without even apologizing and replaced the food...completely wrong again. By the third time we got another bag of food and being completely wrong, my family got so fed up that we just took it and left. Having worked in food service myself in the past, I would never have treated customers like this. I know how hard it is to work in a busy store and deal with angry people a lot, but it wouldn't happen if your workers actually paid attention to their orders and treated customers with kindness! Even a simple apology would have been better than standing there silently with an angry look on your face. Annoyed and angry. I've ordered the same order from this restaurant several times through DoorDash specifying that I don't want cheese due to an allergy and they've REPEATEDLY given me an order with cheese on it. Today, I've ordered the same with a Diet Dr Pepper and instead they've given me a regular Coke (which I guess they assumed I wouldn't be able to taste) IN ADDITION TO CHEESE ON ANOTHER FUCKING ORDER. My receipt says I didn't order either of those things and now I'm pissed. The refund credits issued are only about a third of what I had to pay for the order and I feel as though I've lost a lot of money to this business as I can't even eat the shitty food I was given. This inattention to detail and poor service quality need to be fixed, especially during a pandemic when delivery is a necessity and people don't have the time or resources to go in person to resolve it. Where do I start the food was awful from our fries taste GN and looking like they've been there since the morning to the burgers that where thrown together . The inside was disgusting don't know how they pass city inspection .The service was awful manager women dark hair screaming and throwing a fit in the back of the kitchen yes yelling at someone . This was literally the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to! The staff is SO RUDE! And you will wait FOREVER for simple orders, that they will still manage to get wrong. After 15 minutes of waiting for just one kids meal, I checked on the progress since orders placed AFTER mine were being filled, and the employee I spoke with was incredibly disrespectful! Let me start by saying this same thing happend to me on Monday July 3rd at the same McDonalds with the same employee. I go to this location at least twice a week for breakfast and twice a week for lunch. I love the food and the bang for your buck. I also love that the drive through is very fast. When i got in the drive through line this morning i went to the outside line there were at least 3 cars in line at the inside lane and no one was on the outside order lane #2. I pulled up to the mic box the elderly lady came on and said please wait a moment. Then she proceeded to skip me and took 5 cars orders from the inside lane. When the sixth car pulled up on the inside lane and she took their order i gave up and drove off with out my order being taken. Once again the EXACT same thing happend to me with the same employee on Monday July 3. YOu have now lost my business I will now go to chick fil a or sonic or wendy's. Its very sad to see that my favorite restaurant cant even get their drive thru working right. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds that I have ever experienced. I have given it so many chances to just get a plain burger and French fries right and it just never happens. Either my burger is stale, hard, and tasteless or the fries are undercooked and under salted. Just gross. I spend about 30 minutes in the drive through which is ridiculous. O stars if possible. Asked for fresh off grill burger. Got something dried out and burned. Fries tasted like fried in fish oil. Asked for fresh off grill burger again and got the same thing. Would never eat here again, even in an emergency which this was. McDonald's in small towns seem to do a much better job. This is a McDonald's and is pretty consistent. My only complaint is the red-headed evangelical cashier girl. I'm a Christian but I don't want to chat when I go through a drive-thru window. The girl is entirely too chatty and when I'm getting "fast food" I don't really want to hear about how happy she is to be filled with the light of God. That is neither the time or place. I worked in a drive thru before so I'm usually very understanding. And this used to be my go to Mc Donald's because they were fast as hell. But ever since they opened there two lane drive thru they can't seem to get it together. And I've been here 5 times within a month of them now having a new drive thru system. The constantly rotating staff is now ruder than ever, slow and unreliable. They don't get orders right even though they respond to what you just asked for. And expect a hand reaching out the window with your food as if I'm going to grab it without stopping. This has become a regular issue. It's honesty just rude. And when there is an issue with an order, the ladies at the pick up window want to argue and tell me I'm wrong when I have a passenger that witnessed that the girl taking my order was not listening in the first place. I had to drive back around for a freaking hash brown. And when I pulled to the pay window a second time the cashier looked at me and said "oh" with a hint of attitude. Yes I'm back, you don't mess with my hash browns. So instead of giving me a hash brown the first time around due to your order takers mistake or just charging me for one at the pay window, I had to drive back around. They really wanted that $1.28 for that hash brown but in doing so you have lost a customer. This place used to rock my socks. It really is a shame. read more

Awful. Terrible service, trash on the floor, ice machine and ketchup pumps not working. My son really wanted McDonald's, and this one is the closest to our house. After giving my shorts, uncomplicated order to an employee who was only half-listening and continually speaking Spanish to other employees rather than focusing on me and taking my order, I was not surprised when it was completely wrong and cost way more than it should have. I decided there was no point in spending more time trying to explain that I had three burgers and a small fry that I didn't order, and was missing the nuggets. The burger I DID order was dry and extremely salty. Do not go here- you've been forewarned! Drive over to the Galleria and hit up All Star Burger, or down 620 to P. Terry's instead. read more
