I stopped by for an egg McMuffin and coffee this morning. First of all, the food quality was pretty good, as you would expect the most McDonald's locations. The hash brown was a little cold, and the coffee lacked any real flavor, but the egg McMuffin itself was good. My biggest scrape was the parking. It was very difficult to maneuver into the parking lot and then once you're in line, you're stuck, there's no getting out. Cars that are parked in the parking lot have difficulty backing up with the cars that are in line. The service was generally fair. They seemed to rush, but granted there was a long line and they had to keep things moving. read more

I had a very upsetting encounter at this mcdonald's location. I had a mobile order made and the number was on the screen for mobile orders. A very disrespectful woman did not care to ask what we there for or said anything she rolled her eyes at me and my friend. It's amazing to see a McDonalds in this complete state of dysfunction. This is perhaps the worst McD in the country, if not the world. Orders are wrong, saying service in non-existent is being generous, and the wait can take up to an hour to get your cold incorrect "meal". Everyone behind the counter hides with their backs turned to the counter. Any attempt to get their attention results in laughter by the employees, essentially a big F you to the uninitiated patrons. Drive thru is no better, with drivers asked to wait in a side lot then ignored for nearly an hour only to get the wrong order. I am not sure what is behind all of this. I have been going to McDonald's for over 20 years regularly. I come here almost every weekday once a day, and the service staff is so phenomenally polite and courteous and my orders always come out correctly efficiently and magnificently. Horrible. They get your drive through order wrong more than 50% of the time. If you order through one of the deliver services it's either horrificly late or the wrong order most of the time. Our orders are pretty simple too... 20 piece chicken nugget with BBQ sauce, happy meal with 6 piece chicken nuggets, basket of fries. I have been in there several time, because my beautiful surrogate grand loves McDonald's food and they live about a mile away from this store. It is the WORST! I have been called STUPID because I did not use the kiosk. I didn't even know there was a kiosk. I am very short so I hate a drive though. Last Monday night, Valentine's Day, we went there, and they shorted us a fry which I discovered after we got back to the house and started unloading the food. In the next three hours I called 15 times. No answer at all. This past Tuesday night I went with her once again. I told the gal that they had shorted me last week, and she told me that I should have called that night. I told her I had called and told her how many times. When she handed me my change, she put the change on top of the bills, and she was tilting it. I asked her to please put the change in my hands, She SLAMMED it down on the counter and walked away. She did give me a free fry, and she made sure I knew it. I have told her I am not going back. I had called the manager after the kiosk issue back in the fall, and she assured me that she would take care of the attitude. I don't think she did. In my 70s, I have been to dozens of McDonalds in the world. This one by far is the absolute worst one I have ever been too.
