What happened to this Chick-fil-A? I used to love this specific location because it was on my way home, the employees were great and the food was always fresh. In the past 6 months, I've had pretty bad experiences every time. Yes, the wait time was never fun, but it used to be worth it, because you "knew" what you were getting. I've had missing items multiple times, even when I've asked before driving away. I hate to take up other customers time by stopping and removing all the items from the bag just to make sure my order is all there. So, it's my fault on that, I suppose, for not just checking anyway. But, my biggest complaint, and what will keep me from going back, is the quality of the food. I don't know how any Chick-fil-A can go downhill this badly! Salads are warm and wilted. The cookies, which used to be amazing, taste old! They taste like they've been warmed up repeatedly for days and days! They actually look "old!" The macaroni and cheese I ordered had a really, really scary looking "black" unknow object in it, and it smelled sour! To top it off, the iced tea that I used to love, is obviously no longer fresh! How long are you keeping this stuff now? I no longer trust the food at this location. I don't know if its laziness or what. But, when you can't even get a supposedly "fresh" brewed ice tea, and food tastes old and off? I can only compare the past several months to what this location used to be, and it's night and day. Chick-Fil-A is my children's favorite fast food stop. They love the play area and the food. We always know in a meal pinch or when they are hungry and bored-Chick-Fil-A will help us parents out. We recently went on a night my daughter was having a sleepover and the kids were surprised to see there was a balloon artist. That was my first time seeing something like this at a fast food chain. Overall the atmosphere is inviting. My only complaint is sometimes in seems in could use a good cleaning, specifically in the play area and dining room but overall a definite win. read more

We come here perhaps three times a year typically for breakfast. Every single time they mess up the order. On my last and final escapade to this incompetent store, it took me almost an entire hour, because I had to return, wait in line, wait for them to re-fire the order and then sit and wait in the parking lot because I couldn't back out due to the long line of cars. Note to self: stay home and make my own breakfast from now on, or for the amount of time I've wasted fixing their mistakes, I could've driven to town and had a nice and leisurely brunch. Our shakes were melted because they had been sitting outside as long as we were waiting. Our order is always missing something to the point we actually expect it now. Ouch! I really like Chick-Fil-A so it kinda hurts to write a 'meh' review of one. On the plus side, the services was friendly, and they asked me up front if I wanted unsweet instead of sweet tea in my Arnold Palmer. (Most don't, and you get a drink that has enough sugar in it to give you instant diabetes). However, my chicken nuggets were undercooked (mushy, not cold, but underwhelming). The place is jam-packed in the 11-1pm slot. And the layout of the place...wow. This is one of the busiest CFA's I've been to, and to take matters from bad to ungodly, the drive-through pattern is cramped, hard to get to, and seems to cut into the available parking. Parking itself is very limited and you may be forced to grab a spot at the credit union next door. Be sure to watch for spots marked for that CU's patrons, too! Overall, a pretty stressful place to go, and with 'meh' food for such a good establishment. This place scores a 2 the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good.
