Food is typical McDonald's fare and quality, exactly what was expected. We stopped here traveling north to SLC and thought we would get a quick bite of breakfast. We were instructed to order by kiosk, which was fine, but certainly impacts service. A man behind us just wanted coffee and he had to wait until everyone else's order for breakfast was filled; efficiency has gotten lost in this whole process. Staff appear disorganized, there was no ketchup for our hash browns in the dispenser, no lids for our cups and we actually felt we could have gone to a sit down restaurant, ordered and been served much faster. read more

If i can give this review 0 stars I would. None of their employees were wearing masks. They were working together without masks and when they brought out to give us our food the young man delivering our order was not wearing a mask or gloves. It is state mandated for people to social distance and wear masks. Other McDonald's are not serving ice cream cones because of the current pandemic, so I was very shocked that this location was doing that. Please do not visit this McDonald's, if they can't follow simple state guidelines and regulations, I wonder what other guidelines and regulations they are not following. Please beware. read more

The female employee working this am provided great customer service and was very friendly. She should be commended for providing fast, friendly service. So irritated by this place. First off, they parked me to wait for my food. Before parking, I told the girl to please make sure we got ketchup. After 10 mins, and the 2 cars behind me getting their food, they bring my food out. No ketchup. Also, my happy meals has no sauce. Why ask me what kind of sauce for my nuggets if you're not going to give me any anyway? Needless to say, my trip through the drive thru ended in me having to get out of the car anyway when I didn't want to in the first place, which is why I used the drive thru to begin with. Duh!!!! The guy who I told that my happy meals didn't have sauce, stared at me like I was from Mars and proceeded to give me 3 sauces (for a 4 piece), like this was supposed to make me feel better. This McDonald's would benefit from a cleaning crew and managers who plan for Spring Break business. The bathrooms were overdue for attention (overflowing trash along with floors, counters, and stalls in serious need of cleaning). They have one self-serve drink machine when 2 or 3 are in order. I'm waiting to see if we will get ill. Hoping the gloves are enough at a restaurant that could use a health inspection ASAP. read more

Just drive thru and don't look inside. Everyone at the tables were swatting at the flies all around. My 2 year old was telling me there was a bug on my babies sippy cup. So gross. Flies everywhere! Food was so so. My husband went back in line for sauce and they wouldn't pay him any attention. 5 min later they got him some. Flies were all over behind the counter. Seriously so gross. I was nervous for my kid to go in the play area. I made him leave his shoes in cause it freaked me out. Glad we are out of there and won't be going back. Ummmm, this place is nasty!!! Like the reviews say, there are flys all over the restaurant!! I've never seen anything like it!! The food tasted ok...like normal, but with all those flies I can only imagine that they've landed all over the food while it's being made. The husband said the bathroom was disgusting. Don't normally go to McDonald's but we decided to stop in at the Beaver location on our way to Richfield because we wanted to try the McCafe. Not a fan of the food but I've heard good things about the coffee. We use the the drive-through and after being in line for 20 minutes actually was probably more than 20 minutes we get to the window and complain to the server, Rachel. She was immediately very rude snapped back at us made an excuse that it's not her fault and then slammed the window and went to take somebody else's order. When she came back she gave us our order abruptly and slammed the window again. I haven't been to a McDonalds in a decade and I can tell you I won't go back again. Rachel was exactly what I would have expected to find and my time and money are too valuable to waste dealing with such poor customer service. I can get coffee anywhere. read more

Without gloves she legitimately went in the trash in the bathroom to pick out a diaper and throw it in the dining area because she was too lazy to change the trash bag! Pulled up to a McDonald's employee and her husband yelling at a customer calling the lady an "F-ing B." screaming it at her for at least five minutes while we waited with our little kids to get past them at the front door. Then we walked in to the dirtiest dining room ever, not even one table was clean. The drinks were completely out. The manager didn't even care about the mess or the employee out front swearing at people, when my husband told Her she just blew him off. Place is good! Read bad reviews online- late night drive no where else was open so we decided to try it. Place was super busy- line moved quickly- staff was friendly and our food tasted the way it should. I went and ordered 4 things two of which were the same thing, our order was correct and fast but every time I go they always ask me to move forward and also never give me sauce. I went in to get my sauce and the lady ignored me I had to ask the cashier. This restaurant should be shut down so many damn tweakers. Maybe if they would stop doing drugs they'd remember my sauce. This place needs to be shut down. I normally avoid McDonalds and any place like it but since there were no other nearby restaurants open after 9:00 and a long day on the road, we decided to go there. Big mistake. My so called grilled chicken sandwich must have died a long, painful death under a heat lamp. The lump of so called chicken was a slimy, indescribable piece of yuck. I really don't know if this stared out as their grilled chicken like ordered or deep fried chicken, it truly was beyond recognition. The soggy bun and wilted lettuce wasn't any better. Like a fool, I ate half of it and sure I'll pay the price tonight or in the morning. If there is a health inspector in Beaver or the county, you might want to do a site visit. Yes I'm writing a review on McDonald's, this McD's is located off of the I-15 and seems to be fairly new, it was pretty clean. We had good service and I got a double quater pounder meal and it was pretty good but the fries sucked, they weren't cold but not fresh and they didn't have the McD's flavor they tasted blah, I will go back at some point because it's cheap fast and easy. read more

The moment I walk in I am greeted with the boisterous ambience. The ambience of bickering. "You're creeping out the customers", one worker loudly declares to another. This set the tone for the rest of the night: filthy restrooms with no soap, tables covered in what one could only hope was day-old ketchup, and appalling customer service. I am wholly disgusted with the experience. McDonald's as a whole doesn't set the bar incredibly high in the first place, but this is a whole new low for Mickey Dee's. The restrooms were notably unsanitary. The washroom walls were plastered with toilet paper and toilets with skidmarks. All of this could be ignored if it weren't for the real nail in the coffin: the soap. There was no soap in the soap dispenser; which raises the question: Where the hell are the employees washing their hands? This raises further concerns regarding the current sanitation policy of the establishment. My second contention with this facility was the cleanliness of the main dining area. The tables and chairs were repulsive and the floor was covered in crumbs and napkins. When asked if someone could come clean the table, I was told to wait. Ultimately no one came. Which brings me to my final and primary issue, customer service. Ordinary procedure for fast food restaurants prescribes for supplying the customer with cups for drinks after paying for their meal. However, this time, we asked for our cups and the man behind the cash register told us to wait. The next individual in line did the same and promptly received his cups. Collectively, the experience left me with the impression that there was a power struggle amongst the staff and the man behind the counter (the same man who was told he was creeping out customers) was having a sort of power trip. All in all, these were a few of the issues I experience during my visit to McDonald's today. I would describe more, but I am led to believe I've said enough to keep the staff playing the blame game for a number of weeks. read more

We went here as a stop along our way to Zion. When we arrived we noticed a large amount of people there. We had a hard time finding a place to sit. When we went up to order they told us they had no ice and very limited soda selection. While waiting for my order I was skipped and then forgotten. I asked them and they someone how lost the order. They were very apologetic about the situation. They were also out of ketchup. When we received our happy meal we were told they were out of apple slices. I rarely go to McDonald's but driving to Vegas one must adapt. DO NOT STOP HERE. This place STINKS. I ordered a double hamburger I get a double cheeseburger I come back to the counter and I have to wait for a minute before any of the two women behind the counter make any effort to make eye contact. Funny thing is they were not doing much.The one guy in the back is cooking and he's the only one who apologizes for the mishap. I ask for a new large fry because I had to wait so long to get my order corrected and I get a small kids order of french fries. Never again McDonalds. Zero stars. This is the filthiest restaurant I have even been in. Everything is dirty and sticky. I had to take my son somewhere else to use a bathroom because this one was so disgusting. Every table was messy. We cleaned our own and our wipes came out black. We are not germaphobes, this place is just gross. Salad was frozen still and tasted old/stale. All condiments were out and they didn't fill them after I informed them. There should really be a 0 star option because they don't deserve not 1. My family and I stopped by to get breakfast on our way back to LA. The small lady taking orders "Lulu" was rude and obviously don't know anything about customer service, no type of acknowledgement, not one smile. I had to get her attention for her to take my order. Other customers were going up there for other things like ketchup since the pump by the fountain was empty and filthy. And Lulu would take her sweet as time. I ordered a mc griddles and waited 15 minutes. They called my number just to tell me they were out of McGriddles! What the heck! This Lulu could have told me before placing the order and charging me for something they didn't have. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the darng biscuit.
