Don't stop here! Dirty floors and bathroom. Play area is large but very dirty. Floors and tables both needed to be wiped and mopped. Even the soda machine was nasty! Not the most stellar employees and the service is slow. Go across the freeway to Wendy's! Food will be better and the area clean. The food was typical McDonald's and we love to indulge... But if you can wait, hit up the one down the road. Tips-- order a yogurt or a "cutie orange" for the kids pack!! That's a nice treat ;) Always get the Orange HiC drink! Famously delicious. read more

When you have multiple signs that say "closes at 11pm", choosing to close 20 minutes early is pretty piss poor for those of us who show up on time (not like I showed up at 10:59pm) to get a damn cheeseburger ‍ for tourist who visit the city, leaving a pretty bad impression on basic customer service and following what your plethora of own extra signage says. But what do I know? I'm just a regular person trying to get munchies in the middle of the night and watching a South Park episode about Yelp and felt inspired LOL. Stopped here with the family and ordered a cookie and fries. Simple order. It took 24 minutes and required multiple requests to the staff for updates. The staff was rude and made my wife leave in tears. Overall terrible service. No apology for the delay when I had to go in and make them prep the order. While driving from Utah to California, 12+ hours we decided to stop at this location to grab breakfast and have the kids play in the playground and burn some energy for the long ride home. First of all, the "kid" taking our order was so rude, I usually just walk away from bad customer service but given that we didn't have much time to spare, I dealt with his rudeness. He didn't acknowledge us, literally, no hi, welcome, a smile, nothing. When he did speak, it seemed as if he was talking to someone else, not us. I had to get closed to hear what he was asking. We placed our order and went directly to the playground. We waited more than 30 minutes for our order. My husband was standing next to many other people waiting for their order. He finally came back and we didn't have our coffee or hash browns. We had our breakfast and eventually I went back to order something else that we had forgotten to order. While standing in line I was reading the all day breakfast menu and saw that every sandwich comes with a hash brown and coffee/drink. When it was my turn I mentioned it to the same person that took our first order that we didn't get our coffee or hash browns and he asked for my receipt # then, without saying anything he went to the back and was looking at a screen, and came back and said "your order is not coming up" I was so frustrated already with the bad service and just told him, forget it and walked away. Walking back, I saw the line of people waiting for the soda fountain (there's only one!). I went past them and started heading back to the playground and saw a trail of liquid on the floor... but didn't think much of it, until I walked to our table and my husband said that the man taking the trash out, dragged it out and left the trail of liquid. We were there for a while after that and no one came to clean it. Parents coming to the playground were warning their kids about it as to not to step on it. We ordered a Big Mac in a meal. There was NO sauce on the burger and the fries were cold. The diet Dr Pepper had too much carbonation. We also ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with cheese. All that was on it was the patty, 2 slices of cheese, catsup and a bunch of onions. Very dry. We will NOT be going to this McDonalds in Beaver UT again and we will not recommend them. If I could choose zero stars I would. We stopped here during a drive to St. George and it was the worst service ever. We ordered a kids meal and a Big Mac meal. Fairly simple and straightforward. It took us at least 25 minutes to get our food. During that time employees were just standing around and doing nothing. There were only 3 people working on the food. Worst McDonald's ever. This franchise owner needs a McD corporate intervention to retrain the managers and whole staff. The whole point of franchise fast food is that there is consistency from location to location and you know exactly what to expect. This location fell WAY below any standards I have seen at any other McDonald's. My main problem was that they completely lost my family's order and did not make my food. We had a caravan of families driving from Utah to California and after waiting 25 minutes everyone else had gotten their orders. Who waits half an hour for "fast food"? I waited 5 more minutes and finally asked what happened to ours - the guy giving out the completed orders said it wasn't even on his screen anymore so someone must have taken it. There's no way that happened because my son and I were standing there the whole time and they never called our number. He apologized and remade it, but even when we got our food, it was sloppily made, not fresh and barely even tasted like a Big Mac. The sandwiches were flat, like someone sat on them and the fries were undercooked and not salted. My uncle's Filet O'Fish looked like it had fallen on the floor and hastily been put back together, all askew and with tartar sauce all over the inside of the box and on the bun. I only bother to write a review because the problems at this restaurant seem to be inveterate in the way it operates and is managed - this was NOT just an off day. It also was not just me that had problems. While I stood there waiting for 30 minutes, customer after customer picked up their food only to come back with problems. I watched one guy take his to go bag only to turn around and say he didn't get his apple pies. The next lady said there was no chicken on her salad. My niece and nephew's happy meals didn't have fries. I saw at least two moms and a dad come back because they didn't get any sauces with their chicken nuggets. As I was leaving, I even heard another woman with the same complaint I had - her whole party had finished eating and wanted to leave and she still didn't have her food yet. There are so many operational problems - the cashier had to walk over to the back counter to get cups. Every time. Took forever. Totally inefficient. People were using the self-ordering kiosks and didn't have numbers. The plastic table tents said to put them on the table and they would bring your order to you - while I was waiting for my order-that-never-came, they called my aunt's number and set the bag on the counter. It just sat there, and I realized that they weren't going to bring it to her even though she had already sat down, thinking it would be brought to her, so I grabbed it and took it to her. So many other little things also added to the sense that this store is poorly run - half the options in the drink machine didn't work. The counters were sticky and the floor wet from snow not being mopped up. The cleaning bucket and mop were sitting out the whole time, but I didn't see any staff member touch it once. The bathroom floors were littered with paper and water. Our Star Wars happy meals came in Lion King boxes. The cashier wasn't even wearing a uniform (or maybe he was under his random red sweatshirt). Keep in mind there were no cars in front of me and this was 8am in the morning. Then they open the window and say my order is not working?? This place is severely understaffed. The drive through was very busy so I decided to walk in to MAYBE save some time. Ordered at the kiosk because there was no cashier around to take my order (was she busy filling orders)?. Kiosk was out of paper so I didn't actually get a receipt with my order number. Their monitor was unplugged so I had no way of knowing if my order was even in process. When we got into the restaurant we noticed an unusual amount of flies. Too many for us to eat there. Against my better judgement we ordered something to go. In the car, we proceeded to eat our cheeseburgers and fries, only to notice a dead fly at the bottom of the bag of fries. I have since called the UT Health Dept to report this place. Just passing through Beaver and grabbed some breakfast this morning.. the cashier taking our order was mind-blowingly rude. Would barely answer a question, much less look us in the eye, obviously did not want to be there and treated my mother and I as if she was disgusted we were there in front of her ordering food.... we let the manager know but seems like nothing will be done as the trash cans outside were overflowing and the general state of the place was a mess. A shame with all that new technology and fancy upgrades you'd think they would upgrade their staffs' obvious attitude problem. I do not recommend anyone stop at this McDonald's. I just had to write up a review on this place, because based on the other reviews I may not have stopped in here, but we did, and really it was a perfectly normal McDonalds experience. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever taken my kids to. Ordered a 10 piece nugget for my daughter. She told me they were mushy. When I looked at them they were almost completely pink. Took them to the counter and the woman who seemed to be the manager grabbed them, tossed them to the side, and said 'those aren't raw' . The service was the slowest I've ever had as well and I only ordered a large Diet Coke and two plain cheeseburgers. Driving home to Los Angeles we stopped in for breakfast, place is clean. but they are raciest. They were nice to the white people that came in... but I noticed when the dark and Mexican came in they were a bit rude. Im Mexican so I got a bit of attitude from the cashier.
