Very friendly and suprisingly fast this time. Food was hot and loved the nuggets (with ranch of course).

This Burger King has some serious management issues. We stopped here and were told they were "out of everything," only to find out the employees simply didn't want to make the food. This is now the SECOND time we've had this exact experience at this location. It's completely unacceptable for employees to turn away paying customers because they're too lazy to do their jobs. If items are truly unavailable, that's one thing--but refusing service because staff don't want to prepare the food is a whole different problem. Corporate needs to investigate what's happening at this restaurant, and the owners should be extremely disappointed. Every customer turned away is lost business, and it's damaging the reputation of the entire brand. There is clearly a lack of accountability and oversight at this location. We won't be returning, and I would encourage others to think twice before wasting their time here. read more

The service was good at first but then when I approached the window. Instead of the person repeating my order he charges me and hands over our drinks. I notice one of the drink is small and no large like the rest of the combos. I ask him could he charged my for a large and he said that this is why he asked at the comm station which I did not hear him ask. Then after asking him multiple times he says I asked you and proceeds to tell me to move forward to wait for my order. I tell him one final time and he charges me for the large. read more

This is the 2nd time coming to this burger king. Both times the food has been cooked fresh and served hot. The hamburgers were yummy and flame broiled, onion rings and fries nice and hot and cooked perfect. One of the best burger kings I have ever been to. read more

This Burger King is attached to a gas station store, so that is partially why my review is slightly lower. It was a small lobby but easy enough to order our food. We had a truck full of quads and our trailer out front, so we sat by the window to keep an eye on things. We got our food quick enough and the guy was nice enough to give me some extra sauce when I asked. I ordered a chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. read more

Service was decent but to be blunt I got turned off when I saw the dude with the headset and black shirt wiping his nose with his hand before he handed me my food. Fries were also cold which sucked since they were making a fresh batch as my food came out. read more

The problem this location has from my experience and reading others is the quality of the employees. When I arrived, one employee told the younger one he was not taking our order and left the young kid to run the place by himself whilst he went on break. The young kid literally took our order, cooked it and put it together for us whilst tending to other things behind the counter. So they have inconsistency problems with the help, it'a really great or really terrible. The food was prepared well and the Impossible Whopper tasted like meat to my surprise and first try; also, the fish was not dry. The tables were all dirty though and I think they luck out having the bathrooms in the connected gas station, as they don't have to manage those and they're clean. I think Beaver Taco would have been a better choice across the street in retrospect. I think it's probably hard to get good help in a small town such as Beaver, but that's the weak link that could really turn around the reviews to be higher. They don't have a whole lot of emblematic merchandise in the gas station, but they try and have fun with the Beaver moniker. read more

Food here is great, but service is terrible - specifically the older lady that works the window. We drove through here on both ends of a road trip and she was incredibly rude to us both times. We forgot to request a change to our order (removing mayo from my burger- I'm allergic) when we placed the order. We realized right away that we had forgotten but waited at the window for a few minutes before she opened it for payment. We apologized and asked to change the order as soon as she opened the window. She rudely told us that she already made it, and that we should have told her when we ordered. We apologized again. She said "now we have to throw it away and I'M out 4 dollars." Honestly we would have paid for the second item had she not been so short and condescending. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. We won't ever stop at this location again, specifically because of this employee. read more

Holy Heck!!! I have never encountered a place where an employee, none the less what appeared by her clothing to be a manager, was so incompetent! I went to the counter to order breakfast. I had a coupon for a meal that included coffee. I don't like coffee & asked if I could substitute the coffee for a soda. The girl told me I could substitute the coffee for soda or juice. She did not say anything about an extra cost. Having been charged separately for a soda at breakfast in the past at a different Burger King, I asked if there was an additional charge. The girl told me $.99. My husband was buying snacks on the gas station side so I went to see if he was buying drinks. He was not, so I went back over to Burger King & asked what size the drink was if I substituted it. This time there was a much larger, much older woman who appeared to be maybe a manager. I asked her what size the soda would be if I paid to substitute it for the coffee. She said it was only a couple cents. So I repeated that back to her asking "only a couple cents?" To which she replied "like maybe $.50". I asked what size that would be & she told me it depends on what size I want. So, I asked what the prices are & she told me she didn't know & she would have to ring it up to tell me. I told her I need to know what the prices are to decide which size I would get. She had an obvious chip on her shoulder as she snapped at me asking if I wanted her to ring them all up, waving her hand around the cups to add a dramatic effect to her attitude. It was such a big deal to her to be able to tell me the price that I finally just said "forget it, I won't get the drink". She then goes on to tell me that my total was more than $10! Keep in mind the coupon was for $5.99. So I repeat that back to her "$10?" "The coupon says $5.99". She increases her snottiness & tells me that it costs more if I don't get the coffee. WTH?? At this point I don't even know what planet I've landed on at this Burger King. The employee who appears to be the manager does not know the prices & has a real sour attitude towards the customer who is asking a fairly simple question. She was just too much so I told her never mind & I would just go somewhere else. As I walked away she immaturely said "byyyeee". Wow! I think this woman is where the phrase "who pissed in your cheerios?" came from. We will definitely be avoiding this entire business location on our trips from now on. Life is just too short & this place isn't worth the time. We ended up next door at a taco place where they serve whatever is on their menu at all times. The woman working there was very friendly & could answer a question without having an internal freak out. I asked her "How big are the breakfast burritos?" She replied, showing me with her hands "About this big". Hallelujah, I was back in reality! We ordered a couple breakfast burritos. Then, when we hadn't ordered drinks she said "would you like some cups for water?" Out of the options we had on our journey, this was the second best. (Beaver Tacos across the street is our first.) The kids meals where perfect, my kids got the chicken nuggets, fries and chocolate milk. They where better then McDonald's in my opinion. And they got a cool Nerf toy which will come in handy as we are camping. My husband got the double quarter pounder king. He said it was ok. Tasted mostly like grease. I got the double bacon cheeseburger bunless. They out it in a container and it was good. We shared a value fry and onion rings. The onion rings where surprisingly ok. read more

Yea, it works. The restaurant was not busy at all and food was brought out to me approximately 5 minutes after placing my order. This BK is sharing space with a gas station / convenient store. Seating is somewhat limited but good considering the size. The bathrooms are located at the convenient store and were actually well cared for and clean. Food was hot and cooked to order. Three stars only for the location and cleanliness of the tables, but if you're traveling on the road, I'd recommend this as a stop for sure. Lots of people in and out of the store (more so than the restaurant) but that's to be expected at such locations. I prefer BK over Ron any day and the food did not disappoint. read more

Wow... Incredibly bad service, incredibly slow. Still waiting at the drive-thru for a simple order. Period. Place the order paid and then was told move over there... Nobody behind me in the drive thru at the window... Course I'm just glad I was able to order, cuz when I pulled up to the drive-thru order thing they greeted me and asked for my order in Spanish... Then had to find somebody to take my order in English. Believe it or not this is in Beaver Utah. Probably worth going to Dairy Queen across the freeway, or the next exit where there are many other options read more

They suck. We were in a hurry and they gave our order to another person. Then when we told them they didn't even say sorry or anything! Then they messed up a second time! They forgot our cheese on our burgers and when we complained instead of making new burgers they took the burgers behind the counter and just added cheese to it! Huge health violation there! I'm a manager at del taco so I know this shit. And then they threw the old fries in the fryer and just reheated! Worse Burger King I've ever been to! Horrible manager that would've even apologize! If I could do zero stars I would. Food was nasty. Hash brown nuggets had a bad old grease taste to them. Couldn't eat them. My 5 year old twins ate French toast sticks and proceeded to vomit all over the backseat of the car about an hour later. Hubby ate the French toast sticks, but he has an iron stomach and has been able to keep it down. I got the cinnamon rolls which were hard and stale. Something nasty going on in that kitchen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with a better star rating. I should have checked yelp BEFORE going through this drive thru on our road trip. We are the only people here. 3 guys standing around. Took them 3 minutes to acknowledge us. The only reason they did is cause a gal came in from the back and told them to help us. I ordered extra mayo. My whopper was dry. Wife's chicken sandwich had been over cooked and was burned. They also forgot one of our sandwiches AND when we told them about it they didn't care at all. Seriously. The crappy thing is that this is a road trip stop. You don't have the time to deal with this patheticness. Not like they really care about this review. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a 2 star experience but it was certainly more like a 3.5 star experience. Understaffed and SLOW. After waiting in line 15 minutes to place our order, we waited another 30 minutes to get our food (5 burgers, nuggets and some fries). 2 orders paced after Ours received their food first... Even after we had asked about the status. There were 3 employees working, but nobody (including the manager) knew what was going on. They even forgot our fries. We were hoping for a quick 30 minute stop, but 45 minutes later we finally had our food. Bummer. read more

RVrs beware.... We stopped here today, as we have at least twice a year for a while. The Burger King is what you would expect. Not very good so we don't eat there. But the Shell gas station is easy access so its convenient pulling our big 5th wheel. The gas prices are also competitive, as long as you know what to expect. Like I said, we are regulars for gas. And I have grown to find it amusing watching the guys from the adjoining tire shop come up with excuses every time an RV pulls up to see if they can scam the owners into new tires. There is the old, Its time check the trash can or towel dispenser gag, or my personal favorite, the attendant pretending to sweep up non-existent trash with a broom and dust pan. Whatever the ruse, they always find an excuse to walk past all four RV tires. Its the oldest con in the RV business and live lives large at this place. Just be aware.... read more

Beaver, Utah is basically in the middle of nowhere, but it's a descent sized town to stop on the road. We stopped here because we were hungry and needed gas (also, I general like BK over MdD). Anyway, we needed gas and this BK was attached to a gas/convenience store. There was a bunch of flies flying around (they kept the doors open and garbage was overflowing). They all moved kind of slow here and they got a couple of my sandwiches wrong. The food wasn't quite as good as I'm used to from BK (not that there's a super high standard for BK). The BBQ pulled-pork sandwich was puny and very salty. Oh well, we were satiated and we hit the road again. read more

We stopped for lunch on Feb. 16, 2016. I ordered two regular burgers with onions added and my wife ordered the Whopper Jr in a meal. The meal came with three Whopper Jrs no onions and cold fries. Another NEMBER in outcrop ordered a garden salad but it came without the dressing. They refused to give her dressing unless she purchased the dressing packet .
