My brother ordered to Big Mac. That's kind of crazy even though he's a skinny boy I don't understand it, but he did eat both of them in a chat WWWW Well other than that we got pretty good and then we got the food and it was pretty good and then we went in the bathroom. I didn't feel like washing my hands after I went so I decided to use the hand sanitizer hand sanitizer machine sprays a little bit, but other than that it worked and did it stop just fine Easily without any problems so yeah, that's pretty much you. read more

We go to McDonald's because we've grown to know what to expect-the food will be about the same anywhere you go. So when driving through town, when we needed a pit stop, this was a safe bet. The location is fairly clean-not quite up to my grandma's standards, but better than your average college dorm. There was a nice lady cleaning the bathrooms while we were visiting. While that might sound like a positive thing, she was taking her time mopping the floor, causing a line of potty-goers to queue up waiting for the one remaining stall in the two-seater. I might recommend that if there are several people waiting for only two toilets, the cleaning gets expedited or postponed. Food was mediocre, at best. The nuggets tasted a little stale-not sure if they sat out awhile or if they really were just old. But they weren't great. We will probably stop by again, when we are driving through. But we won't seek this location out specifically. read more

I'm stunned by the 2 star reviews. I had the best Chicken McNuggets ever at this location. I don't know what they do differently, but the fry coating on the McNuggets was light, crispy and slightly peppery. It's as if the nuggets were fried at exactly the right temperature for exactly the right amount of time. I've eaten a lot of McNuggets in various locations on road trips and these were hands down the best. Location was large and generally clean as well. read more

Opens at 5 yet they aren't open. People traveling through need to be able to get their food and such. Maybe instead of looking at me outside knowing that you should be open, you can take my order. After speaking with a different manager, they made it right and explained that the store does not open at 5 am. Freshly renovated and reopened August of 2018. This was the perfect stop on our 10 hour highway drive for the littles to run and expend some energy before getting cooped back up in the car! I tried an iced caramel macchiato here and it was divine! Our Canadian McD's do not offer this and it really was good (albeit too sweet for my preferences). I'm sure we'll see this location again on our next drive to Vegas from Canad-eh! PS Washrooms were clean :-) I'm surprised to read the other reviews talking about the dirty state of this location - maybe we hit them on a super awesome lucky day? I'd like to preface this by saying McDonald's is garbage. The only thing decent is their breakfast menu. But my 5-star rating of this location is based on this McDonalds in Beaver having a large indoor seating area with fairly new playground for kids. I couldn't find anything within a hundred miles and needed somewhere our small children could frolic for a bit. The service was subpar. One of their order kiosks was down and only one person was working the counter. Still, I was able to order fairly quickly and get my food fairly quickly. My hamburger was very subpar, but met my already abysmal expectations. The fries were tasty for about 12 seconds before cooling to room temperate. Again, this is what I expected. To conclude, I highly recommend this establishment to weary travelers with small children. read more

I enjoyed the reviews for this McDonald's and was excited for this disaster. While they did close before 10:30 pm, we were able to come when leaving town. Almost exactly 12 hours later, we got our sausage mcmuffin meal in the morning, and it was better than your typical McDonald's breakfast sandwich. When I showed them the receipt to clarify and correct the order, the cashier became argumentative and insisted that I placed and order for spicy chicken. Reviewing this McDonald's because as soon as I walked in I got a sense of dread and despair. What a sad place they are running. The atmosphere is like waking in to a slum in India. The server behind the counter kept calling me "brown man" even though I'm as white as can be. And sayings order was "Dan" not sure what that means. And the food really sealed the deal for a gut wrenching experience. My Big Mac and large fry (my usual order) was god awful. My fries were somehow colder than my refrigerator and as soggy as a wet dog. The burger seemed ok for the first few bites. Nothing out of the ordinary. But after indulging further into the seemingly average McDonalds Big Mac, I came to the daunting realization that it was a quarter pounder with cheese and the meat only seemed to be cooked on the outside and was still cold on the inside. I rarely find myself reviewing fast food chain restaurants, but my experience at this McDonald's was so crazy, I just have to! And according to many reviews, the experience I had was pretty typical for this location. Never in my life have I waited 30+ minutes to get a meal at McDonald's. Yes, the place was busy. However, the staff were strolling around like they had no cares in the world. Orders were being brought back because they were incorrect, the lobby was completely mobbed with people, the ice machine was broken and leaking all over the floor, there were at least 20 cars waiting in the drive-thru, none of the tables looked like they had been cleaned all day.. properly trained and supervised staff teams are able to manage busy restaurants all the time. I have no clue what the cause of the dysfunction here was, but I definitely saw that the staff did not seem to care about anything happening around them. In addition to terrible service, the restaurant was a complete disaster. The drink machine was out of everything and the counter was a sticky, syrupy mess. They were out of napkins and ketchup, and when I asked the manager about this, he chuckled and said, "Yes! They're all gone!". If you're looking for a quick meal on your way somewhere, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you want ketchup with your fries or a fountain drink that's not club soda, look elsewhere! Someone needs to do an intervention at this McD's! read more

I'm going to have to go one star. Our food literally took 30 minutes to get it out to us, it seemed okay, order was right, but later in the day EVERYONE in our party who ate chicken nuggets ended up on the toilet, and it was not enjoyable. I suppose since it's a pass through McDonalds you take it or leave it, they don't necessarily care if you return to their location, the next set of tourists will be stopping by. The store itself, back counter, pop machine, front counter all dirty, tables weren't being cleaned. The bathrooms were backed up people every time we needed to use it. The children's play place was dirty, or should I say filthy. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty, food and dirt piled up in the corners of the play place, at least this location had air conditioning going in the kids area. read more

Awful in both quality and time. Plus workers didn't wear facemasks. So usually I dig McDonald's, but this one brought tears to my eyes. We go in so excited for our99¢ heart attack, but the food left us wishing we had an actual heart attack instead of eating that poor excuse for McDonald's. The drinks weren't mixed right, they didn't put sauce on my mcfillet, the kiosk didn't work, the chicken nuggets tasted like death, and they were about empty on everything on their menu. We went through the drive thru at about 8pm and they took our order right away. There was no other car in line behind us or in front of us. We pulled ahead and sat at the window for 9 minutes before they even came to the window. People were in there talking to each other but no one came to the window. When the girl did she was apologetic, but after paying we waited another 5 minutes only to receive our undercooked fries and oil pouring from the container. The entire time we never saw another car. That should have been a sign. This reminded us why we only dare go to a McDonald's once a year. read more

McDonald's is my quick breakfast place while road tripping. This location was over ran on this Saturday morning. Drive up was 15-20 cars deep when we arrived. I decided to go in, maybe safe some time. Inside your on your own. No signs or anything. Once you figure out nobody working here is going to say anything to you then use order kiosk to make order. No receipt paper either. A couple in front of me finally got their order after I was in there for 15 min. Funny they asked you order number! Well nobody knows because again no receipt to tell you your number. My order finally came....20 minutes. This location needs more help. Who owns this place??? Beaver should have enough people willing to work. Staff was doing their best under the conditions. WOW! Feel bad for them. Hope other customers can forgive them also. Oh and I did get my order before car in front of me in line when I decided to go in. So heads up. read more

How horrible on the franchise and the corporation, it isn't like there is another location open anywhere close, in fact the next closest is 50 miles in either direction. While like any franchise it varies from location to location and sometimes it's the luck of the draw, this is a McDonalds in a small town and it seems to be getting a bit of a raw deal in the reviews. I'm certainly not excusing poor food quality or service, or saying that should mean we cut it some slack for the sake of it, but maybe just keep perspective on expectations. Not withstanding all the recent 1-star reviews for this location, our service at the drive-thru was fast and our food was freshly made. The employee that took our order was prompt and friendly, and waiting for us at the window to pay. She happily scanned our McDonald's app and our order was accurate. We received all our items and a nice stack of napkins and ketchup too! We saw other reviews mention a long wait, but from order to driving away it was 5 minutes exact, how a drive thru should be! (**We visited at 9:30pm on a Thursday night). Location was clean and we noted an employee taking trash out, and another cleaning inside. Maybe there's new management, or maybe the night shift is just kicking-a! .*We decided to stop by this location again on our drive back from our vacation. We visited on a Monday at 2 pm. Again, we were totally pleased with our drive thru experience. Quick and friendly ordering, accurate and fresh order. In and out in 5 minutes. The woman that took our order was very cheery and made our road trip lunch experience very pleasant. I would rate this visit another 5stars if I could. Don't stop here! Dirty floors and bathroom. Play area is large but very dirty. Floors and tables both needed to be wiped and mopped. Even the soda machine was nasty! Not the most stellar employees and the service is slow. Go across the freeway to Wendy's! Food will be better and the area clean. The food was typical McDonald's and we love to indulge...
