But after about almost 2 to 3 minutes of yelling hello, nothing. So I had to drive around the lot to pull up to the 1st window to place my order. Disgusting and Unprofessional Again, I went into a restroom, and there was no hand soap available! I later pull around the drive-thru window to pick up my mobile order, and the employee handed me the wrong order. They proceeded to tell me that they would hand me a Diet Coke, a beverage that was not part of my order. The employee then wasted even more of my time by telling me to park in a curbside pickup spot. Drive thru service is terrible. I come here 6 out of 7 days a week and I mobile order it. I get parked to wait 4 outta those 6 times. And I only get a sausage McMuffin. Took a friend to her doctor's appointment yesterday; she took us to lunch as a Thank You. I know they're not good for us, but I do love McDonald's cheeseburgers. Yesterday I switched up my order and got the new Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Bacon, and Jalapeno... It has some abbreviated name... looks it up... Cheesy Jalapeño Bacon QPC... Huh, not as abbreviated as I thought. Anyway, it was quite good. The jalapenos actually had some heat to them, which isn't always the case, even when you buy them at the grocery store. My boyfriend has his own special order: a quarter pounder, minus the ketchup and mustard, add Mac Sauce. That way he doesn't get that middle bun or have to deal with lettuce. Our friend had a Big Mac with fries (that she shared with me, cuz I love fries). No issues with the ordering process and the food came out quickly. Everything was delicious. We were thrown into a bit of a situation with a few other customers, though. Some random woman overheard us talking about politics (they had CNN on in the restaurant, which was a nice change of pace from Fox News, which is usually what plays in most places I visit) and decided to invite herself into our conversation. I'm not really sure what she was talking about, because both she and her friend (who she called over to our table from across the room, because he is a 'No-Joe') were mumblers and not the brightest bulbs in the shed. So we hustled out of the restaurant before she returned from the bathroom, so we wouldn't have to try to decipher her word salad. The restaurant was clean and we had our choice of tables. Worst McDonald's ever. They NEVER get the order correct. They either cannot read English or refuse to hear what is ordered. Every time we order a burger with MUSTARD ONLY and PICKELS ONLY, it comes with ketchup. The Manager wanted to get me a new burger but I wasn't about to drive back in the rain. We went inside because my grandson wanted to see the menu. It took me a minute to get oriented because the line was waiting for food to be delivered after purchase and the cash registers were unattended. I made my way to a cash register and waited to order but no one acknowledged or greeted me. The presumed manager (wearing a safety vest and apparently too many hats) finally came over to take my order. I told her I was beginning to think that I was invisible. I ordered a big breakfast and a sausage McMuffin with egg meal. It cost $17.67, wow! My food came very quickly, a highlight of my visit, but was missing utensils, syrup and ketchup. I turned to find a table and found several tables missing chairs. Typically, McDonald's is 3 Stars when they are firing on all cylinders. This McDonald's needs help badly. I decided to try this location out after not going for a few years. It was a mistake. The burgers came in a ball like someone just grabbed them and made a fist with the burgers in their hands. This is our favorite McDonalds in the area which is saying a lot considering there are 4 locations within a two mile radius from my house. It was renovated in the last year which gave it a sleek updated look, but took quite a bit of seating away. We went to the McDonald's on Campbell Blvd for lunch after the movies and it was crowded with an odd mix of customers. I told the kids they could get their mcflurries after we hit the library just so I could go to another location. Upon arriving at this one, we were greeted right away even though I choose to use the self serve kiosk. My ice cream sundae was piled high from a working ice cream machine, and my daughters McFlurry was perfect. The restaurant was clean and quiet. 4 stars because I can't bring myself to give Golden Arches a 5 star review. Maybe if it was McDowells... read more

This place is unbelievable... We came 15 minutes before they close which is 12AM, waited patiently along with 5 or 6 other cars. The employees were chatting with one another in the restaurant... I'm not sure if I jaded from all the crappy McDonald's I've been to. But walking into this McDonald's was like walking into a fairy wonderland. Staffed with overly friendly staff who were over eager to take your order, we had almost no wait. It was clear that some of the patrons were regulars as the staff and patrons enjoyed friendly banter with them. The restaurant in itself, was clean (the teen commented it's weird to be in a McDonald's that didn't have trash all over the floor) and stocked, even had fresh flowers! We eat at McDonald's, maybe twice a year (and that's a stretch). But I might drive to this location in the future. We came for breakfast, so no, I don't know if the ice cream machine worked. read more

This McDonalds recently had a full renovation. I had high hopes that this would be a nice one after it was done. I was sadly mistaken. It is HORRIBLE!!! It is never clean, today the floor had water and trash all over it. Tables are never wiped down. The people running the counter mess up your order a lot. Today, while giving them a second chance, they handed me a cup that was cracked, I asked for a large meal and he asked me if I wanted a large drink. Then told me he had to void the whole order because I could not get a large drink with a medium fry. I said, make the whole thing large, he then said, sorry, "let me start over". "Did you want the whole meal Large?" I said YES! I have not had good service since they renovated. This is the last time I am going there. This was about to be a 2 star review but they saved themselves i ordered 2 ten piece nuggets at around 11:30 pm it was thunder storming that night and i just wanted to get home quick they gave me my order i said thank you and left only to find that when i went home they only gave me one of my two boxes this was very disappointing because how do you mess up such a simple order so i called the mcdonalds and said what happened and the manager was very friendly about it and told me that he would take care of everything i decided to go back the next day because i didn't want to drive in the bad weather i went and they gave me my two boxes of nuggets and some cookies. Plain double cheese with a single foot-long hair on special today. This is my first time at this McDonald's, and I got the boobie prize I guess. I gave two stars since they somehow managed to get the entire strand of that unusually long hair on the burger with no overhang. This USED TO BE the best McDonalds in town. I won't be back any time soon. What was once a sparkling, happy, fun place was anything but. I was waited on by, I presume, the manager. No smile, no pleasantries, not even close to feeling welcomed (his staff was much the same with the exception of a smiling young man and a lady that has worked there quite some time). The manager handed me a cup for my drink and his hands were either a) extremely wet b) extremely greasy. Either way, it was gnarly. My order came and upon opening it I found the sauce that was supposed to be inside the sandwich, all over the box and outside the bun...not one drop inside AT ALL. I took it back to the counter and they made me a new sandwich, with little to no sauce on it. Ugh. The fries were cold in the center, looking waxy and undone...yet there were several extra crispy burnt segments throughout the box. Sitting down to eat, I looked around and noticed that the place just wasn't as clean as usual. The floor hadn't been swept/scrubbed completely in a while. This used to be a squeaky clean restaurant and it was very disappointing to say the least. In short, check your order, don't expect the same place/people/treatment you've always gotten here...it doesn't exist anymore and that's sad. I won't be back any time soon. read more

This McDonalds was torn down and remodeled a year or so ago and the new restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately the service has gone way downhill! The employees are not courteous. They barely speak loud enough to hear them. The manager tonight was a slovenly dressed and seemed to be very rude to his employees. One employee who may or may not have been working, it was hard to tell since she was walking in and out from the back was just Playing around with other employees. She even gave the middle finger to another friend or employee as they were messing around instead of working. This behavior is totally rude and unacceptable at any business. Big shock, they forgot my BBQ sauce so so had to go back up and ask for it. Then when I got home with my meal it was poorly made. The Big Mac didn't have cheese on it, and barely any sauce. It was poorly constructed and the burger seemed dried out and burned. It's time to get your restaurant in order. This is one of the worst McDonalds as far a service that I have ever been to. There are plenty of other places nearby to go to. Don't waste your time with this place unless you want crappy service and poorly prepared food. read more

Went there yesterday at lunch. Line for drive thru was so long, I decided to go inside. One person at register, and while there were many behind counter bagging food, had to wait about 15 minutes for a single combo meal. I ordered a UN-sweetened iced tea, and when I was handed the drink, I confirmed, "this is unsweetened, right." Get in the car, and of course, it was sweet tea. So I go back inside, and ask for an UN-sweet tea like I ordered. Girl with many braids refused to take the wrong drink from me, and tells me I have to throw it out. I turned to find no trash can near by and sat the drink back on counter. After yet another wait, I finally get the correct drink, but girl with braids continues to yell at me saying " you have to throw that drink away. I can not touch it." So she is wearing gloves, I am not. She got the order wrong, I did not, and I am supposed to throw away the drink so she doesn't have to touch it??? Really? read more
