We stopped by here for a quick snack for the road. We decided to order in and stretch our legs. The restaurant was spacious and well lit. The bathrooms were in decent conditions and stocked with toilet paper. There were a few people waiting for a bit by the takeout area. We had to wait around 15 minutes to get our order taken as the ordering kiosks were done. To get our food, was another 35 minute wait. There goes the definition of fast food. The staff was okay but some of them were rude and understandably because it seems that they are short staffed. We ordered chicken nuggets, soda, fries, and sandwiches. The food was hot and tasty. We did receive our order correctly but they gave no napkins or condiments. read more

This business illegally requires that you have a car to serve food to you. If you are staying at the hotel next door after dining room hours, the drive thru remains open 24 hours but they will not serve food to you unless you are in a vehicle. read more

I been here in the past after doing some shopping. I went through the drive through for smoothies and they were a bit slow. But this time I ordered my food through the app and went inside to pick up my order. They were fast and I was out the door in no time. French fries were just right...not to salty and not to bland. My quarter pounder was made the way I request but had a lot of mayo and ketchup. I didn't mind but it made a mess. This is the place I go to right before I hit the road back home. read more

I've frequented this location for years. It's my go to spot for a quick, cheap bite and bathroom stop before catching your bus. The employees have always been nice, the bathroom clean, and the breakfast comes out hot and fresh. The walk over to the White Marsh Park & Ride bus stop is pretty easy. I've yet to encounter an issue with the parking lot being full. And I really like the lobby remodel they did to put in the order terminals and the high top dining section. Can't ask for much more out of a McD's! read more

I had some time to kill and hadn't had breakfast yet. So I decided to stop and get a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Of course, if you are a Mc D's BECB lover you know that not every location has bagels now. So I was happy this one did. I even used my buy one get one coupon to score an extra for later. Because I have a weak bladder I decided to visit the bathroom before I ordered. Most McD's have very nicely put together restrooms. Not this one. But, it served its purpose. Still yet, this is the reason my visit didn't get a full 5 stars. Ordering was quick and easy. They didn't even have the kiosks which I appreciate. Those things give me anxiety. I'd rather interact with a person. I didn't pay too much attention to the dining area except to notice it was fairly small. But who dines in a Mc D's anymore anyway. This is an older floor plan though and it did have the playscape in the front. It's probably not open currently. But maybe if we ever get past covid it might be useful again. read more

Worst McDs ever. We did drive thru for 2 drinks. It took 15 minutes and the drinks were wrong. We tried to tell them this and they gave us an attitude. There was no Splenda in my tea as ordered, but rather it was put into Dr. Pepper. I have come here after midnight TWICE within the past 7 days, drive-thru, only to be told either they are not serving because they are "restarting the computer", or as in tonight, "we are closed". WHY ARE YOU 24 HOURS IF YOU ARE NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS? Go to another 24-hour McD's, may have better luck getting served. read more

Made a yelp account just for this comment... Wish zero stars were an option as I've been denied service many times. By far the worst experiences I've ever had with service anywhere let alone a McDonald's or any other fast food drive thru. A few times I was told they're only serving fries and sodas. Many other times I have watched employees sit in the lobby on their phones and completely ignore a countless number of customers coming through the drive thru as we eventually get tired of waiting and have no choice but to drive off. I've even saw the employees laughing, joking and pointing at us and other would be customers driving off. I've only given this McDonald's so many tries because it's the only nearby McDonald open 24/7. I now drive an extra 10 minutes to the McDonald's on the Bel Air rd/Rossville blvd. which has excellent service and food. I am convinced this is a huge issue with the general manager/ management in general as I've seen many different employees over the past couple years of going here and consistently have these kinds of service issues. On the occasions that the employees decide to actually do their jobs, they lack common manners as well. My mind is blown on how long this has been allowed to happen. read more

This is the SADDEST McDonald's I have ever been to in this great country of the USA. I'm already depressed when I go to a McDonald's and some how this one makes it worst. The fries taste like they found them under the fryer and just said let go for it. I asked for nuggets they said "we ain't got none, and we ain't got none fries ether." And when I asked what they do have they said they just aren't in the mood for all that.... ain't in the mood to do your job? That's ridiculous. All of them should be fired and replaced with someone who cares enough to actual do there job there. This is definitely the worst McDonalds in the neighborhood. The fries are always meh. I feel like they put the minimum number of toppings on my sandwich. The employees are always short with you. The only reason this received one star is because we can not put a zero. Filthy restaurant not a wiped off table in house dirty paper towels on front counter. I never come to fast food restaurants but I would expect them to be a little bit faster than the service I got today. We were the only ones in the line but it took them ten minutes just to take our order. The food was McDonald's food, nothing to brag about but I know what I'm getting myself into ordering McDonald's! One day I'll write a detailed deconstruction of McDonalds' cuisine. It's an American classic, but it's not worthy of being reviewed - nor would that be useful (because of chain consistency). I'm giving this location +3 stars for service. because the short, female manager who was working the night I stopped in handled a crowd of stoned teenagers while maintaining rapid service for the sober-and-irritated crowd well. She doesn't have an entirely thankless job, but the 'thanks' she kept getting in my presence were perfunctory. Someone give that lady an award: 15 people were on the verge of walking out or starting a brawl and they all ended up buying something instead. I stopped in for something cold to drink and use the bathroom. There are flies everywhere. It's visibly dirty. Bags of trash pour. Tables have crumbs and sticky stuff. The supervisor was going back and forth with an employee regarding their schedule by the counter. The cashier was polite. There were employees chilling in the limited clean tables. Do they not have a break room? The drive thru lady came out of the bathroom on her phone and still fixing her pants. (Never seen drive thru wear gloves and they touch our drinks and our food) when I went to get something to drink looked down and the spot in the floor for the drainage of the drink machine was brown and dirty it had yeah in it. And flies crawling in and out of it. I would think being so close to the highway this place would maintain its cleanliness however it turned my stomach. read more

Convenient before or after a Megabus trip since the park and ride lot is across the street. It is consistent with just about any McDonalds. Drive through is open late every night until at least 1 am. read more

Open 24/7??? Interesting. For the second time, I have gone to this location only to be told, "our system is down, it will be back up in 15-20 minutes with only breakfast items". If this is the case, please stop advertising your restaurant as a 24 hour location. Advertise it for what it is. A fast food restaurant that might serve late night food, and is open for breakfast (allegedly) around 4 am. But open 24 hours?... you are not. That is a lie. I only wonder how many drive through patrons are fed this same line, knowing that no-one will wait 20 minutes for McDonald's food. Seems like an easy cop-out line for a lazy late night crew to me. As a former McDonald's employee, this is a sad and disappointing skid mark on the name of McDonald's restaurants. Shut it down, or bring in new management or a better late night team. If I could give this place zero stars.. I totally would. I worked night shift so this is the only McDonald's open past Midnight. Everyone working the night shift should seriously be fired. Two girls actually sat inside of the lobby on there cell phones, ignoring customers in the drive thru... Normally they won't answer and sometimes even hide in the back.
