The line was insanely slow for 10am on a Saturday morning. We sat at the speaker for a solid 5 minutes, said hello multiple times, and we could hear the person talking to another customer at the next window but she wouldn't respond to us. Ordered a plain latte, it was espresso over ice (???) and the black coffee with one cream and one sugar was so sickeningly sweet that I had to toss it. I even tried to mix it with the latte and coffee we had at home and even after adding 4 ounces of coffee, it was still too sweet to drink. Really disappointed with our experience ordering DoorDash from this location. Sometimes you just need a Tuesday late night McDonald's haul, right??? Well, steer clear of this place! After ordering and getting a confirmation from the restaurant, we get a message (40 min after ordering) from our dasher that when he got to the location, the restaurant was saying they didn't have our order. Apparently, someone else took our order because the restaurant made it and confirmed it was there. Instead of just re-making the order because they gave it to someone else, we ended up having to call DoorDash customer support and going through a whole process of cancelling and getting a refund, only to not get any food in the end. We ordered around 8 PM and by 10 PM had no food because this McDonald's couldn't be bothered to make 2 McChickens and a McDouble after giving our food away to someone else... AVOID this location at all costs! The other reviews, that I am reading after the fact, couldn't be more accurate. . . After waiting in line behind 3 other cars, for 29 minutes, my order was wrong. I even saved them from having to put all the condiments on the burger (cheeseburger, no pickles, no mustard was the order)! Called multiple times before anyone answered the phone, and when the "manager" finally did answer the phone she apologized that I received the wrong order, said she was the one making the food and that I likely received the wrong food then proceeded to cuss at me, and after I asked her if she just cussed at me, she hung up. Upon calling back several more times, I received no answer, as expected. "Management" could obviously care less, or they simply lack the brain power to see the problem in waiting in a "fast-food" line for 30 minutes and receiving the wrong order. Yes, I chose to wait, however the order should be correct! And these folks want a pay raise? I don't think so, certainly not on my dime. First and last time visiting this location. Needless to say, I am beyond annoyed. I generally don't complain, especially about fast food, because you get what you pay for, BUT I cannot fathom how this location is still in business. This is still hands down the slowest fast food establishment I have ever patronized. I don't know if this locations problem stems from a lack of staff in numbers or work ethic but this is pitiful. A group of us like to play a game and see what excuse will be given to us as to why our order cannot be completed between the houses of 12 am-5 am. Anyway, I sat in the drive thru on a Friday night (11:20ish) and here it is 11:56pm and I'm just now getting my food. CRAZY! The lady at the first window (who takes the order) could not be any more unprofessional. My husband ordered a coke, they gave him Dr. Pepper. Thankfully he didn't feel like dealing with a switch and accepted the wrong drink. My fries looked "double dipped". This means when a customer asks for fresh fries but you don't feel like making new ones, you put some back in the basket and dipped them back in the grease for a few seconds so they get hot. I know this because I worked at a Mcy Ds when I was seventeen and I'm not too proud of seventeen year old me when it came to cutting corners at my first job. Anyway I shouldn't eat here anymore but seeing that it's walking distance from my house and the only place open this late when I get off on weekends, I might be back...sadly. read more
