If there was another McD's in town, I'd go there instead. I don't know what it is about this one, but it's always something. Usually it's that it takes forever I'm not one to kvetch about a missed ketchup packet or order that's not 100% accurate when we're talking about a fast food franchise. That said, this one has been consistently the slowest and most inaccurate location I've known. It's been that way, that I know of, for a few years. The plusses include that they hire a bunch of kids without experience, train them, and put them alongside other workers who would struggle to get a job elsewhere. I mean, how many people do we all know that get their first paid gig at a McDonald's? A bunch, right? It's the same here. We have young humans in our orbit who love it here. They knew when special menu items drop. They think it's a treat to get a Happy (or other) Meal. So, we aren't going to swear off of the place. Ill probably continue to grumble about it, until/unless they pick up the pace and get more things correct and corrected. read more

I am giving my review one star because I can't give 0 my experience with going to that McDonald's. I was not very happy for a couple of reasons. One the lady that worked there. I guess she was on her lunch break cut right in front of me which was super rude. Secondly, I went and asked for the grinch salt. The lady at the register said we don't have any grinch. Salt. So I placed my odor for my free French fries and my free. Ice cream cone as I was waiting for that. Another lady was placing her order. And the lady at the register asked if she wanted the grinch salt. Cause that's the only grinch they had. So I had to get back in line Which this nice gentleman?Let me cut in front of him and I had to order the grinch salt which I could have just ordered it at the beginning?If the lady knew exactly what she was doing, I don't recommend anyone going to this mcdonald's read more

Don't visit. See the picture. There was paper inside the burger. I opened it up to take off the pickles and surprise, a piece of paper right in top of the cheese. "Quality" is just a nuisance word that is hard to spell for the some McDonald's workers, apparently. (There are exceptions.) Why put your trash inside someone's burger? Just lazy!! read more

The Athens TN location has become extremely lazy with what they do. They are constantly getting people's orders wrong and act extremely rude when they are confronted about it. Their food is also extremely cold, and is worse than Taco Bell when it comes to sending you to the bathroom. read more

Drenched in salt but the building is newer and nice.

Every single time I go something is forgotten. I just sat inline for 13 mins to even get to the menus in the drive threw. Then on top of all the complications with orders and microphone when we finally got to order they were out of glazed chicken strips.
