Stopped by on a road trip. The associate at the register was very pleasant. I would stop here again.

Team members there are so caring and attentive. Quality care for your order and what you are going through! Can't say enough!

Got my pistachio signature latte this morning I was happy cause I definitely needed my morning pick me up but the girl making the coffees she was completely on her cellphone and not paying attention which was very not cool read more

Stopped by this Dunkin' and was so surprised. Am I the only one that didn't know they have a chicken

Dunkin' - Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese - Donuts Near Me - Athens, Tennessee

Some creepy guys were lurking outside here. Must be Lurkin' Donuts. Stopped by for a hot chocolate and it was fine. I don't really like the prices and the donuts are utterly heinous. That goes for every one of these locations. But they do know how to make a hot chocolate. And it's close to the highway so that's good. I always seem to end up in Athens, TN so I'm sure I'll be back again. Lots of chains and this is one of the many. read more

Dunkin' - Dunkin Ballers - Donuts Near Me - Athens, Tennessee

Every time we've stopped by, ONE thing is consistent: "Sorry, that's ALL the doughnuts we have." Doesn't matter if they're busy or not, doesn't matter if just after they've opened -or- it's still 3 hrs until closing. You won't find a good variety of doughnuts, instead you'll typically see about a dozen leftover doughnuts on 12 different trays. Since I don't drink coffee, I can't address that side of the business...I assume it's good. read more

I'm sorry but the only reason they get a 1 star is because I couldn't select any lower. But today 8-8-2021 we went In to pick up our mobile order and all we got was attitude from the workers. On top of that one of the workers over filled a coffee and spilled all over my girlfriends now ruined dress for church and no one seemed to care. This location needs much new needed management. No one seems to care here. We will not be coming back read more

The employees are very, very very rude especially a lady named Brooke. I know it's the morning and you guys are busy but that's no excuse to have a crappy attitude towards your customers when they ask for a simple additional amount of almond milk that I have to already pay extra for if I already have to pay extra for something that literally I have no control over because it's not a dietary thing. It's an allergen! You should at least give the same amount that she would to anybody that drinks cows milk. And when I asked if I could get more almond milk for my improperly made coffee, I got an attitude, but her eyes rolled at me, her tongue clicked and just an all-around piss poor experience read more

The glazed donuts are good but cold. I asked if they could heat them up and they said no. Customer service could have been better. She could have smiled too. I like my donuts heated and soft. Excellent donuts as I took them home and heated them up in my microwave. Dunkin Donuts gets a solid 3 stars from me on this visit. That's why I highly recommend this donut shop. It's located on the right side of a service station / convenience store. So, it can easily be missed. Bathrooms are located in the service station. Now in the convenience store, they also have the lottery. Therefore, you can eat donuts, gamble then, fill up with gas outside all in one place. read more

Never in my life have I walked out of a restaurant without my food that I purchased because I was so tired of waiting... until now. I watched 6 employees hanging around while I waited for a plain hot coffee. No apology for the wait, no money back, nothing. Just a waste of time and money. read more

Amazing service, fresh doughnuts, fresh coffee. Top notch all around. Honestly, the best Dunkin' we've been to.

Oh my gosh? This place is sllllooowwwwwwww. I guess they don't feel that people who are traveling are in a rush. I pulled into the drive thru and was immediately asked to hold on. The hold took so long that I ended up placing my car in park. I sat for at least 10 minutes. I wanted to leave but a car pulled in behind me. I was finally able to place my order. I arrived at the window only to wait some more! To make matters worse, I did not enjoy the chai latte or beyond burger sandwich that I ordered. read more

Went in to get doughnuts and waited for ten minutes while the 5 people working there were only interested in the drive thru. Never even said hi or just a minute. Nothing just looking and us standing there and looked away. Finally we left. They don't care about service thats for sure. Just sayin probably wouldn't ever go back. read more

After about 6 hours of driving we decided to stop and get some of dunkin's delicious coffee. We walked in, and we were not greeted by either worker. The young man working was extremely rude and unprofessional. Headphones in the entire time. It was very apparent he did not want to be there. After ordering, we received our coffee, and long story short, the coffee was disgusting. After we told the employees to have a great night before we left, the female responded, but the male employee wasn't nice enough to care. To the manager of this store, you should teach your employees a little customer service, starting with a simple hello and goodbye. They don't have to ask how my day was, just a little common curtesy and respect towards humans and acknowledge their existence in the store they're spending money in. We visited this store : 7:35 p.m. July 23rd 2021 read more

Waited in line this morning for 27 minutes. They need to hire more help. The young lady behind the counter was very fast and kind even when she was crazy busy! The place needed to be cleaned. The place was a wreck! Coffee and donuts were delicious read more

I never left this review, but I really think everyone should know to check their food as I went though a couple weeks ago and ordered some bacon... this ish was COVERED in some white hair substance. There is no way this was an accident... this was purposely done. If this happens to you, contact the health department and let them know, as I have already done. Check your food before you devour--especially from this location. read more

Dunkin' in Athens TN ordered a lg coffee and a medium got to the window they thought I said 5 lg coffees told them no just one girl keep saying she said 5 I made the statement she should have stayed blonde cause at least she could hear then, she then proceeded to tell me I needed to start going to Starbucks I asked to speak to the manager which she said she was and told me if I didn't leave her drive through she would call the police. Very rude she needs to learn people skills because she has none read more

Best place ever!!! My daughters and I love this place. We are here 4 or 5 times a week and not just for donuts!! They have a great breakfast menu!! There coffee is wonderful! My grandson always say "a donut and a sweet tea please!" read more

If you don't like donuts and coffee please turn in your passport, social security card, any government ID's and renounce your citizenship. I mean honestly how can anyone not like a Bavarian cream, blueberry or heck just a plain glazed doughnut!? Coffee is also great 2, I personally don't get into all the blazablah coffees but the straight up black stuff they serve is great! If you don't like this place, move. countries - Merica. read more

Finally an establishment that will hopefully last in this section of the Shell station that has seen the likes of Dairy Queen, some chicken place, another chicken place, and a Japanese place all fail. It took them a few weeks to get the correct balance of coffee, cream, and sugar, but they've got it down pat, now. Very friendly employees and managers. Not like the typical Dunkin where you get stared at and practically have to speak a different language to understand them. I'm sure this will get bumped to 5 stars, eventually, but they still have to work out a few kinks, like having NO muffins available at 10am one morning, and not ensuring several doughnut selections were ready when the first batch was depleted. read more

Athens, Tn DD needs help. Drive thru line always into the street. Inside wait is ridiculous. You aren't greeted. No one even acknowledges you are there. Servers are rude and act like you are bothering them. Flies landing on donuts=not appetizing. Ordered lg dark roast. Tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Beyond disappointed. Just wanted a good cup of coffee read more

Went yesterday, Feb. 5th 2018. Waited about 10 min for service. Was first In line. Most employees working on drive thru, must have been a big order only 1 car. Got 1 dozen donuts ,variety. Then got 25 count donut holes. They were old & stale ,the donuts & the donut holes. The donut holes were actually hard. Should have taken them back but I live about 20 miles away. Next time if there is a next time I'll try one before I leave the store. Friendly service though when I finally did get service! read more

An easy-to-get-to location, connected to the Mobil gas station, this location is a bit lacking on the customer service experience, but the service is fast f polite, and the donuts fresh. They have a drive thru, as well, but I've never used it. read more

My bagel was stale and my daughters donut was awful there where tons of flies everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting. i love this location and i travel for work to knoxville so i'm so grateful they remained open. however this morning when i went i ordered and they kind of seemed to be mocking my accent when i ordered because it got progressively more blatantly southern but i kind of just ignored it. when i got to the window i gave her my card and i literally jumped at how loud she screamed "your card was declined!" it was really embarrassing and frustrating because i had plenty to cover it but i just gave her my credit card instead because i was too embarrassed to ask her to try again. she handed me my food after and then just walked away and i wasn't sure if the order was over so i sat there until another lady said i was good to go. i usually love this place but i was really not satisfied this time with this staff. the food and coffee were great though as always on the bright side !! and i usually love their staff so that's why i'm giving four stars today was just not really acceptable. read more

Dunkin' - the charli drink - Donuts Near Me - Athens, Tennessee

Terrible service. We stood in front of the register for ten minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. When they finally came to take our order, there was not so much as a "sorry for your wait." Save your time, get your coffee somewhere else. read more

This is the sorriest owner and manager of any business in Athens, about 3 months after they open we order the large order of jelly filled donut holes. They were so bad it was not even funny. no jelly in the holes, just a jelly dot that was all. We contacted Dunkin Donuts about this and was told the owner & manager would be told about this. We never heard from the owner or the manager, so this is a very bad place to do business they do not care if there customers are happy or not. It was a shame to as I fought for years to get a Dunkin Donuts to come to Athens, As I have always loved there donuts. So now I am doing like we use to do when we go on vacation to IN we stop and get our Dunking Donuts there. We have not been back the Athens Dunkin Donuts since this happened and they do not seem to care. Until that happen we were getting a lot of Donuts every other week. There lost for running a business that way when they should be doing everything they can to please there customers not making mad to never return. Dennis read more

Service needs too pick up. And drive thru needs some hustling done on it. Other than that I love Dunkin doughnuts.

I have a heart condition, and I cannot tolerate caffeine. When I placed my order for a decaf iced coffee, I said the word decaf TWICE. Either the lady taking my order didn't care or didn't listen. After I drank a couple sips, the symptoms of my heart condition worsened drastically, and I knew I had been given caffeine. I'm in for a long and painful night ahead of me until this caffeine leaves my system. What she did was careless, dangerous, and reckless. If I had drank the rest of the coffee, I'd be typing this review from a hospital. Do not go here if you care about your body. read more
