There was a pretty steady flow of their fans as we enjoyed our frozen custard outside on their patio. We weren't rushing and chatted with other customers seated nearby and the whole time, frozen custard fans were popping in--even the drive through was busy. So the secret is out about Whit's Frozen Custard. It IS creamier than ice cream with more substance than gelato. We liked it! You then pay via card only at the order kiosk (no cash) and give a phone number for a digital receipt. A few minutes later, your name is called and you collect your order. I ordered the traditional cone with cookie butter spread, chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve, Heath bar topping, and caramel sauce ($8.30). The cones are definitely the star of the show here!
