First thing when you enter, you're warmly greeted by some of the friendliest staff. If it's your first visit, they give you an overview and answer your questions. The process was to place your order on their order kiosk. Choose your cone type (or cup), your spread (peanut butter, Nutella, or cookie butter), your soft serve flavor(s), and your topping(s). You then pay via card only at the order kiosk (no cash) and give a phone number for a digital receipt. A few minutes later, your name is called and you collect your order. I ordered the traditional cone with cookie butter spread, chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve, Heath bar topping, and caramel sauce ($8.30). The cones are definitely the star of the show here! Slightly crispy pastry cone with a cinnamon sugar crust and the cookie butter spread with Heath bar topping packed inside made the soft serve more delightful. The soft serve itself wasn't anything grand and was reminiscent of soft serve you'd get at a buffet for dessert.
