Unlike other cupcake places, these are a bit smaller and not completely buried in icing. Don't get me wrong, I like icing, but I prefer the icing to be in proportion to the cake; most cupcake places emphasize the frosting, so you end up with a hunk of icing with an afterthought of cake underneath. These are just right. There are many, many flavors. Our favorite, so far, is Almond Amaretto. Yummy! I also like the Strawberry Delite. I told the manager I wouldn't post anything about our experience because I am not asking for compensation of any kind only give them some feedback because they are a new business, but after speaking with the manager and feeling completely dismissed I decided to go ahead and post our experience. The bakery itself was really cute. I ordered custom cookies for my nieces wedding shower and the cookies were very inconsistent in texture and thickness. The bride to be said they were pretty but not flavorful and dry. The cookies were supposed to be done on Friday and when I called they said it would be Saturday morning, right before the shower. None of the cookies were in cellophane bags when I got there. I asked for 40 bags so I could place each cookie in the bags. I ended up spending more time putting all the cookies in bags when we got to the venue. Overall the cookies were very expensive, pretty but not tasty. Wish they would have genuinely apologized and maybe we would have tried them again in the future.

The owner just completed renovations and is working on the second floor now. If you have some time, peruse the pics on the wall and take in the history.
