I love the area and to find this little gem with good food is a plus. Hunter was our server and what customer service he offers; happy, attentive and really made this visit special. Fortunately, I believe this is how everyone at Donna's is...all the time - which is refreshing in the world we are in today! I love this place and can't wait to come have lunch and dinner, (maybe breakfast for dinner on Thursdays). Definitely sold me on coming back! See you again soon, Donna's Cafe!

Today I tried a double cheeseburger with all the fixxins. Burger was a smashed style patty. Thin with a crispy crust outer texture. I did find the burgers to be a tad bit dry. The patties were slightly seasoned and a dash more could have helped. The fixings of pickles and tomatoes was on the order. The tomatoes were paper thin and only provided a transparent appearance but no substantial taste enhancement. Probably ask for extra tomatoes next time to make a tomato slice. Overall the burger was decent with a need of a little more seasoning for the patties and thicker tomatoes. I will give it another try and try a deli sandwich.

RIGHT?! This one in particular we visited I believe I was told was the first one ever built. Pretty cool. Service was good and quick as well. Now for the food. I just got a burger and fries as you can see here. This was hands down probably the worst fast food burger I have ever had. This thing was tasteless and dry but had a weird aftertaste almost like a school lunch burger (if you know you know). I couldn't take anymore than 2 bites before I flat out just couldn't eat it anymore. 1/10 The fries were okay. Crispy with a slightly weird texture and I think that comes from whatever they are battered in. 5/10. Hands down would absolutely never ever try this place again. Do I regret it?
