Chris, the owner and known to the locals as "Big", is a grand master when it comes to the art of making delicious gourmet ice cream and he is passionate about his craft. His unique flavors vary regularly but all are made from scratch with fresh, natural and genuine ingredients. As others have remarked, his waffle cones and bowls are made fresh right at the time you order your ice cream! His shop is really nice and adds to the enjoyment. In my first visit I had a waffle cone filled with a scoop of white chocolate raspberry and a scoop of mint chip ice creams. Both were wonderful. Chris will also prepare a set of multiple small cups of ice cream so you can enjoy tasting multiple flavors.
