Issue 2 - original double was made incorrectly. 2 guy cooks threw a fit when I brought it back telling them I needed it without onion. (FYI...it's not my fault the cashier keyed the order wrong. I'm simply the customer.) So they threw it in trash begrudgingly as they mumbled to each other. Keep in mind I'm witnessing this entire exchange. Brought me back the corrected double burger but no fries. So I said excuse me hey I need some fries also it was a combo to which they blatantly ignored me! Drive thru girl even came over and said she had no idea what's going on with these workers. I asked for a manager and manager girl came over and was very apologetic and actually appalled that one of her employees said anything about me ordering a kids meal and she herself went and got fries to replace the ones thrown away by the 2 guy chefs. Please keep in mind if orders are keyed in wrong it's not the customers fault and if you have kids meals on menu be prepared for people to order them. If you don't like it I'll just go to chick fil a where they don't mind at all when an adult orders a kids meal and they certainly treat customers better than the Freddy's employees did today.

Also, their shakes are really good. The prices are reasonable and the quality and consistency is great. I've been to several locations now and all of them have been consistently good. This Alcoa location is friendly and consistently clean. The food is a good value and tastes great! Plus, I like the cute red and white retro decor. There's an outside patio area, too.
