DUUUUUUUDE! this place was sooo good and reminded us so much of a place we have at home, but with its own small town spin. prior to going we were obsessed with figuring out what the heck an arctic swirl/avalanche was (spoiler alert it's like a blizzard!) and it was so fun finding out. YES they are cash only and seasonal so make sure you are tracking that but they do not skimp on the ice cream. also, the staff was super patient and sweet, giving us time to figure out what we wanted with all the amazing choices! three of us had arctic swirls of various creation (you can mix multiple candy in) and I had a boston shake. my only regret is not having enough room to finish it...choc pb shake with choc fudge sundae on top...ridiculously good! we cannot wait to come back and this will and be a summer staple when visiting grandpa's cabin read more

First time here for me and several disappointments. First - no prices on the menu - seems like gives them the right to charge whatever they want based on business demands. We just found this place on a whim through a search for 'dessert places'. So glad we did! We had the chocolate chip cookie sundae and the apple pie sundae. Both were great! It is a drive up/walk up place. It does have picnic tables to sit at right next to it. Fast service, especially with how busy they were. The drive through was back around the building. Lots of people in the walk up line. So it definitely is a favorite of a lot of people. Keep in mind it is cash only. We will definitely be back when we are in Murphy. read more

We went there yesterday. Two of us ordered blizzards they were ordered with two different girls the Reesie's blizzard. Both of us had no our blizzard. We both went up to the window to discuss it with the She said they make it that way all the time it was purely vanilla with specs of chocolate in it, and then she slammed the window on us. She offered to give us some Reesie's in a cup, but then wanted to charge us three dollars told her no way she was rude not very customer friendly. I will not go back. read more

Lets take a walk down memory lane.... when you were a kid, do you remember getting soft serve ice cream from a small local ice cream shop? Well, if you want to re-live that experience, Sweet Tooth hits the spot! Oh my goodness, the amount of ice cream flavors and treats are endless! Yes, they have twist cones (two flavors of soft serve ice cream twisted together!). They even have a double wide cake cone - that i haven't seen in years! Yes, they have dipped cones - in several flavors (cherry, chocolate, butterscotch). Yep, they have milkshakes and slushies! Yes, tons of sundae options too! If you can't find a treat on this menu that excites you, you are crazy! Lol. :) Gosh, they even had a 4th of July themed sundae! How neat is that? I just "geeked out" about this place so much as it reminded me of the little hole in the wall "tasty freeze" type ice cream shops that i grew up with in Pennsylvania. When we arrived several vehicles were in parking lot, so we decided to take a chance. The parking lot could use some work. If it was not for the activity around the place you would consider it closed. We decided to give it a try and we were glad we did. You can get all day breakfast, unch or dinner. I chose the breakfast. Grits over easy eggs, country ham and biscuits. All were delicious. My friends had grill cheese and onion rings, another the burger and fries. All were well pleased with our choices. Around us we saw porkchops and salad being served which they seemed to be enjoying. They have a large varied range of foods on the menu so thete is something for everyone . We did not get desserts but from ice cream cake and pies all looked good. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the ice cream, I usually get a float and one time the lady serving actually told me to drink some of the coke so she could fill it up, because usually with a float, there is very little coke because of the foam. However, when I was there last year and my daughter ordered a soft serve cone with sprinkles, the girl said they didn't put sprinkles on cones. That's the first time I've heard of that. I worked in a similar ice cream stand and know how to do it. She was either new or lazy. I'll be back, as it's the only ice cream stand in town, even though the season seems pretty short.
