Went in October during pumpkin season and it was great! The little farmer's shop has homemade everything you can think of. From various pickles to so many jams and fresh fruit to chicken salad to sausage to breads and so many other products. They also have an extension to the market where they have food and dessert which I didn't indulge in but wish I had from all the raving reviews of their ice cream. The experience itself was fun but the activities were lacking a bit. The pumpkin farm didn't have any actual attached pumpkins to the vines which was sad but still a nice experience. Came here to do the U-Pick with my friends. I thought they only had peaches but there was vegetables, cantaloupe, and blackberries too! We went and tried to pick blueberries at Southern Belle last year and was fairly scarred from berry picking but the really nice lady at the Shed assured me that there was plenty and if I wasn't satisfied I can talk to her about it. Rest assured, when we got there, we saw people with giant buckets of blackberries. There were tons of bushes to pick from and we got our nice little basket before we got to the peaches. The best part of all this is that there is a little tractor to take you everywhere and you don't have to walk carrying your goods in the hot sun. I think the only slightly sad thing was that we can only pick from one variety of peach (whereas Southern Belle had more varieties) We also went and picked a cantaloupe. This place is so pretty and picturesque and all the staff are so nice. I had way better time here than Southern Belle. The lemonades they sell at each tent are delicious. Also really nice that there are tents for you to wait for the tractors. It was $75 for 4 admissions, a bag of peaches, a bucket of blackberries, and a cantaloupe. You can easily spend an hour or two here before the sun gets to be too much. read more

Alone in a small road trip. My coworker tipped me off to this GEM! I'm sad I didn't know it existed 45 mons away from me all these years, but I know now! I literally am at a loss for words, what a special place! They have a fresh pie & homemade ice cream parlor as well, but too many people to take pics. If you've been to Southern Belle farm down in McDonough, this is like the up North version but more accessible as it's off the Highway. I absolutely love Jaemor. Never heard of it and just happened to drive by as we were on our way to go camping. I saw the peach sign in the road and immediately hit a U turn. Y'all, They have the most delicious peaches and in different varieties which I never knew there was such a thing! So I definitely got a whole lesson in peaches that day. My favorites were July Prince and Scarlett. Both are the juiciest and that's exactly how I like my peaches to be. And not too soft either. They let you taste each of the varieties which is how I found my favs. Aside from peaches and whatever fruit they have in season, they sell pickled veggies, candy, local honey, boiled peanuts and a whole bunch of other goodies. It's essentially a country farmers market. On my 2nd visit, we checked out the restaurant on site. Ordering a chicken salad sandwich meal which reminded me of childhood. Simple and quite tasty. Oh and they have the best peach sorbet. Perfect on a hot Georgia Day. They also had some muscadines on the vine that weren't quite ready to be picked but looked delicious nonetheless. What a lovely place to visit on a Sunday afternoon! I took my parents here for the first time on our way home from a hike. I was so excited to see so many options of peaches. I also loved how the staff was quick to tell us about the different peaches that they offered and provide samples. I like mine tarter where my kids like them super sweet. I like them a little firmer too. So tons of peaches went home with us. Along the way, we also grabbed a huge bag of sweet potatoes which are actually sweet (I threw them in the air fryer 400 degrees for 30 minutes). You don't want to skip out on the homemade ice cream. This is a fun place to visit if you're in the area. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The fruit pies are delicious with plenty of flavor options (which is better, the dried peach or regular peach filling? ). Passed by her on a road trip and was impressed with how big it is. So glad that people recommended we try the ice cream because it was just delicious! I shared mine, but wish I could have eaten it all myself. Someone else in our group got the pineapple one and that was quite yummy too and on the less sweet side in comparison. The kettle corn was some of the best that I've had and wish they were closer so I could just swing by and get some more. I got some of their apple cinnamon bread and had to force myself not to eat it all in one sitting. I also grabbed some jar items and so far have only opened the nacho cheese one, which has turned out to be really, really good and a bit too on the spicy side for me. My fiancé and I visited Jaemor Farms for their Harvest Festival and had the most amazing time. The staff was friendly, the ticket prices were reasonable and included most of the games, the hayride, the corn maze, the apple cannon, and a mini pumpkin of your choice. For an extra fee you can buy tickets for flower picking and paintball shooting. It's family friendly but also makes a great date for couples. Everyone needs to get out of the city and head north to Jaemor Farms. I have been here many different times at different parts of the season. This place is great for fresh picking of fruit, including strawberries, peaches, and apples. You can go in the spring, summer or early fall, and there will be fresh produce available. You can purchase tickets for the fruit picking which you can do in person or online. One thing I really liked about this place was that you picked as much as you want and you eat as much as you want. They also have a small café on site that sells a range of sandwiches, salads with their signature pimento cheese although this is a fairly large portion of it so get ready!!There is also plenty of produce to buy inside the main building. It also includes several baked goods, canned goods, preserves, local honey just to name a few. They also have a stand for boiled peanuts, and sometimes kettle corn popcorn. There is also a small eatery inside and they sell baked dessert pockets, doughnuts, muffins, soups. During apple season they display all the types of apples they have and you can taste test them. Sometimes they will have an apple with drizzled caramel on top--why is this so good!!! The fresh picking often includes a cool tractor ride with ample space to sit to take you into the farm and back again when you are finished. They also do a flower field and you can purchase a plastic cup and collected fresh cut flowers mainly zinnias and marigolds. The Farmer's Market is a fun place to visit, fresh fruit, jams, pies and much more.. Don't waste your money on The Eatery at Jaemor next door. I ordered a BBQ sandwich. It came on a small hamburger bun with a small portion of BBQ that tasted like it came from a can, even though I was told it was pit-cooked. The slaw was nasty. I threw two servings away. It was bland with no acid/vinegar, just cabbage and mayo (I think). They can do much much better. read more

Jaemor Farms has become one of my favorite places! The grounds are so well-kept and beautiful, perfect for fall photos. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable, answered my questions about when certain events would be happening (U-Pick flowers, for example, are only on weekends, and it seems like the maze and other fall games are as well). The food is so good and very reasonably priced ($7.99 for a sandwich!) I let the cashier know it was my first time trying Pimento Cheese and she recommended the Jaemor Special for next time--pimento cheese, pepper jelly, and bacon. I LOVED pimento cheese (they make theirs in-house) and will definitely take her recommendation next time we go! We also had a peach hand pie and it was fresh, warm, and not too sweet--so if that's to your liking, you'll enjoy the pies here. My kids loved all the pumpkin displays, and everyone was warm and friendly to them--such a welcoming place. Even if you aren't in the area for Fall festivities, this farm is worth a trip for the produce and other offerings in the marketplace. read more

Their customer service is terrific and one of the owners assisted me in knowing what peaches to buy, how sweet they are and how to ripe them to perfection at home. We were happy to share a visit to Jaemor Farms (one of our favorite places in north Georgia)with our friends visiting from Seattle Washington. As we were trying to choose the best apples, Jim, an employee there, came over and not only made recommendations but cut off samples for us to try! He was so welcoming and even gave us cider samples. We enjoyed a hot peach fritter from the bakery area-yum! Our friends were very impressed--we all went home with a cart full of goodies from apples, to cider to apple donuts and apple bread, apple butter, and an iconic Claxton fruitcake. The most deceitful part of all were the Honeycrisp apples, which every single apple in the entire bag had stickers from Rice farms out of Pennsylvania not from Jaemore Very deceitful. I'm on a road trip to visit a friend in Asheville, NC. So it's time for some travel reviews. Jaemor Farms was highly recommended by a work acquaintance as a must stop. I re-routed my trip especially to make this a part of my travel itinerary. Located very conveniently and close to the highway I had no trouble locating them. There was plenty of parking available and by the looks of it this was a very popular travel stop. It looked like there was an eatery on site in addition to the very large shopping area. Walking through the store there was an abundance of everything from freshly baked goods, jam, sauces, pickled goods, candy, unique gift and household items. They also have a counter service bakery in addition to the packaged versions. I was told that their Apple Fritters and boiled peanuts were some of the best around. I only purchased an apple fritter and it was extremely delicious and the best I've ever had. It was definitely freshly baked. I highly recommend making this a go to stop in your travels. read more

I love everything about the Fall season and last weekend was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a visit to a local farm. Jaemor had an IG post about picking wild flowers and it's been on my list of places to visit so I thought, why not! Drive was about 1.5 hours from Roswell and pretty easy. The farm has lots of parking and it's free; if you plan on spending most of your time enjoying the fall activities park by the barn, not in front of the market.   Right now you can enjoy the fall corn maze, shoot apples, pick pumpkins, cut wild flowers, go on a hayride, and participate in a lot more activities. It's the perfect place to bring the family. The all access pass includes everything plus a souvenir cup you can fill with wild flowers. I was solo and only interested in the flowers but still had to pay the $20 since I would still have access to everything, totally understood and appreciated the employees sharing the price is much lower in the summer to pick flowers. Check their website for hours and other details.   The majority of the employees were very friendly, helpful, and engaged in conversation which made me feel very welcome. I only interacted with one person that did not provide good service, the cashier that checked me out in the market didn't look at me when she handed me my receipt or say thank you, she definitely didn't' seem interested in helping me, but I ignore her unpleasant attitude and remained friendly and had a smile. Kill them with kindness.    One of the employees recommended I try the peach lemonade and peach ice cream and I made it my mission to make it to the market before they closed at 6pm, I barely made it because I was on the last hayride back from the flower field but I am so glad I did. I can understand why the employee made the recommendation, BEST ice cream that I've tasted and fresh fruit...yummy! The peach lemonade was also a first and I was a fan! It was the perfect beverage to drink on my ride back home, I was a very happy girl.   Definitely make time to stop in the market also. I picked up doughnuts, bread, corn, fruit butter, dipping sauce, and jam. We went to Jaemor Farms in early November since it was on the way back from a day trip in North Georgia and right off of the highway. Such a cute, family-friendly activity to do in the fall! There isn't a whole lot of parking, but there weren't too many cars when we arrived in the late afternoon. The farmer's market has rows of produce (higher prices than the grocery store) as well as tons of pumpkins and baked and canned goods. At the very left there is a cafe/sitting area where you can buy fried pies and peach ice cream. We got the blueberry and peach fried pies - the filling is preserved/canned but I still enjoyed the peach one. They're both very sweet. The peach ice cream was pretty unique and I enjoyed it - it was very dense and heavy, with the flavor of fresh peach. Another cool thing is that they sell fruit trees for tremendous prices (cheaper than home improvement stores!). They had blueberry, raspberry, fig, pomegranate, golgi berry, persimmon, to name a few. So if you're a gardener and looking to add a fruit tree to your yard, this is the perfect spot to pick some up! read more
