    Habenero garlic... yummy

This place was AMAZING!!! A must go to. I bought so many pickled items and fresh produce. The prices were incredibly reasonable and all of the staff was so friendly. I could spend hours in this store looking at all of their incredible items. I purchased their in house products and man, I should have stocked up. The Italian Dressing was delish and I put it on everything, not only salad. When you see anything that says habanero, be prepared for the heat. I'm still not able to finish their pickles. So scrumptious and my mouth is salivating just thinking about it. A true gem to visit and you must purchase anything and everything when you are here.

I had the Smokey…read moreSouthwest Chicken Panini with roasted vegetables, and it was perfectly toasted, full of flavor, and satisfying without being heavy. My wife ordered the half House Turkey Club Panini along with the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Both were good, but the soup was very good. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Our 3-year-old had the mac and cheese with a fruit salad, and that might have been the biggest compliment of all. She ate most of it and was begging to take the rest home, which says everything. Fresh, well-made food that works for both adults and kids is hard to find, and Fresh To Order nails it. Plus the GM, John, couldn't have been better. Stopping by to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else.

Today, however, I'm still not sure what I received but it was inedible. I ordered a bison burger, which had good reviews here. No bun, with a side salad. I've had bison burgers at other restaurants and enjoyed them so thought this would be a good lunch bet. I know I got my order because it had my name on it. The salad was great, fresh with good toppings and a tasty balsamic. The burger was separate in its own container and looked great until I cut into it. For starters, it was red raw in the center, not a nice rare burger. It was raw. The meat looked odd, too, but I thought I'd eat around the edges and make the best of it. Except it was really weird. It felt like a Frankenburger - bison mixed up with something else (quinoa?) AND as I got into it further what looked like cherries or cranberries. I ended up dissecting this disgusting mush because I couldn't even eat the edges. Honestly I think someone messed up the order, but I can't imagine anything like this being on the menu or allowed out of the kitchen. I took pictures of the dissection - it was after our meeting so doesn't look as raw as it arrived. Not something I would try again and the kitchen needs some quality control.

Went here for lunch. The name of the place sounds like it would be good. I ordered the burger…read morespecial. The description sounded good. But...what I got was not so good. To make a long story short, if you want to eat mostly bread get this. The bun was huge and the rest was little. I could barely taste the patty. I mostly tasted bread and bread. I also ordered the fries. They were cold. The only saving grace was the nice "African American " gentleman who brought us our food. He was extremely friendly and highly professional. If not for him, I might not ever go back.

I'd eaten here before and the panini was not bad, but it was incredibly small (about the size of a…read moreregular slice of white bread) for the money. So today, when a work colleague suggested Fresh to Order again, I said I'd have a salad - after all, how badly can someone screw up a salad. As it turns out, more drastically than you'd expect. The "Caesar" salad I ordered was not a Caesar Salad. It was Caesar-ish, with more than half of the lettuce being arugula (a weed I feed to my guinea pigs and rabbits). Now, some people may love arugula, and for those that do, good for you! But a Caesar salad, by definition, is made with Romaine lettuce. Period. When I called the store, Renee, who had taken the order got immediately defensive and pointed out that their menu says it's made with a "crisp Romaine blend". Even if I had noticed that on the menu I'd think it was a blend of different types of Romaine, not "romaine and arugula". Without a single word of apology or regret for the misunderstanding or remorse for having disappointed her customer, Renee's response was "I don't know what to tell ya, and I don't know what you want ME to do about it." The conversation ended shortly thereafter. It seems that the obfuscation of lettuce types by referring to it as a blend is intentional, meaning they can throw whatever type of lettuce they have left over in with the Romaine and call it a Caesar salad. They're wrong. All in all - my last visit to this location and this chain as a whole. Spend the $17.50 wisely, it's the last you're getting from me.

I'm doing this review to highlight this phenomenal team. I walked in, was greeted immediately. The young lady at the register was super nice. They always have the best cookies. I couldn't decide which cookie to get. She recommended the oatmeal. I said I wanted a fresh one since she said, they just finished baking. I don't know if the guy the the brought them to me was the manager on duty or what, but he went to the back and brought out fresh cookie tray then let me choose which one I wanted. Wrapped it up and handed it to me. After I checked out, without me asking, I wasn't even thinking about it, the cashier automatically offered me a cup for water. I don't know if this is new or not. I don't remember them doing this back in the day, you had to ask, but that was nice. While waiting, I looked towards the kitchen and even the cook was nice, nodded and smiled at me, essentially acknowledging me me from where he was. I had a really nice experience here today even though it was quick. I really wish I could do something other than this review for this team to be recognized 2/24/26 4:30pm. Even the guy on his break was nice. We laughed and joked real quick. None of these employees seem to hate what they do and it shows. Even the guy who I believed to be the manager on duty, super attentive to everything going on in the restaurant and kept moving and assisting the cashier. They all had great dispositions and really made me want to support this location. Highly recommend this F2O. They all made my day. I got the usual tenders and garlic mash. However, the cashier let me know that they had hot version of the tenders, so I got the hot version for the first time. The mash was dry and did not taste fresh, but the strips were fresh and really good. They definitely are more flat/thin than I remember. I remember the ships being a lot more around/thick and full but they were fresh and I did enjoy it. I will go back another time.

We booked an overnight stay at Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard from Sunday to Monday. Dahlonega Restaurant is located in the resort. We made brunch reservations for 1:30 PM that Sunday. I had to ask hubs to drive slow, so I could record on video and take it all in. The view gets better when you reach the top where the restaurant is. It was a beautiful day, so we asked to be seated outside. We started with drinks, mimosa for me and beer for the hubs. I can't put into words how good it feels to have brunch AT a restaurant, especially on a patio on a beautiful day. Customers were seated at least 6 feet away from each other and the staff wore masks. They also limited access to the inside of the restaurant - enter through the main door, but exit out of the side door. For our main entrees, hubs ordered the Southern eggs benedict $16 and I the frittata $14. The eggs benny came with a side of potato hash. Hubs enjoyed it. My frittata had roasted mushrooms, goat cheese and mixed greens on top. It was absolutely delicious! However, I was left wanting more. The small portion was disappointing, especially for $14. I decided not to order more food since we were heading to their wine garden afterwards, and they serve food there, too. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. This was our first brunch experience at a restaurant since the quarantine, and despite the small portion, the overall experience was wonderful!
