They looked at me like I was dumb and said she passed away. Not wanting to make it awkward we completed our order, gave our condolences, and waited. Only to my dismay to hear the employees talking rudely and badly about not only me but the previous customers who've asked questions about the deceased within earshot. As we were leaving the dark haired girl with tattoos was smoking outside with another employee and pointed to our car and stared at us as we drove away. I will never come back to this location until everyone can learn to fix their attitudes and not talk rudely about customers right in front of them or at all.

Usually it's that it takes forever I'm not one to kvetch about a missed ketchup packet or order that's not 100% accurate when we're talking about a fast food franchise. That said, this one has been consistently the slowest and most inaccurate location I've known. It's been that way, that I know of, for a few years. The plusses include that they hire a bunch of kids without experience, train them, and put them alongside other workers who would struggle to get a job elsewhere. I mean, how many people do we all know that get their first paid gig at a McDonald's? A bunch, right? It's the same here. We have young humans in our orbit who love it here. They knew when special menu items drop. They think it's a treat to get a Happy (or other) Meal. So, we aren't going to swear off of the place. Ill probably continue to grumble about it, until/unless they pick up the pace and get more things correct and corrected.

I guess she was on her lunch break cut right in front of me which was super rude. Secondly, I went and asked for the grinch salt. The lady at the register said we don't have any grinch. Salt. So I placed my odor for my free French fries and my free. Ice cream cone as I was waiting for that. Another lady was placing her order. And the lady at the register asked if she wanted the grinch salt. Cause that's the only grinch they had. So I had to get back in line Which this nice gentleman?Let me cut in front of him and I had to order the grinch salt which I could have just ordered it at the beginning?If the lady knew exactly what she was doing, I don't recommend anyone going to this mcdonald's
