Bottom line: I will never ever ever stop at this McDonald's again. We only stopped here because we were leaving a nearby shopping center. You'd think most McDonald's would have the same level of baseline standards. I failed to check Yelp reviews before stopping. After ordering our food, I went to use the restroom. There was a urinal was full of "what should've been flushed" a few times ago. There wasn't an out of order sign or anything. I go to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. I walked out and saw an employee and told him that the soap dispenser was empty. He went to the front of the store with the manager/supervisor and came back only to say that there wasn't any soap. He told me that there was hand sanitizer at the order kiosks. I went to the first set of kiosks......empty. I went to the second set of kiosks......empty. I went to the hand sanitizer unit at the front door......empty. I went to the one by the back door......empty. The girl on her cell phone looked up at me waiting and turned her back to work on NOTHING. She had no orders to bag. So, I loudly asked for a refill from anyone who could help. As dine-in customers, we almost were refused the refills. We asked for UNsweet tea and got sweet tea instead... THREE TIMES!! My McChivken sandwich had cheese on it. I agree with the other reviews 100%. The food is decent but cheese and rice. I don't know why the service is so horrible. They did not say a single word to me other than "may I take your order" and the total of my purchase. There was no hint of even a half smile. It was more like a glare. Today, picked up a meal for my client and THOUGH I READ out the order as the clerk handed me the bag, my order was STILL incorrect! I should have known when the guy at the payment window didn't even make eye contact as he processed my card, not a word of greeting, nada. Get home with the meal...wrong number of nuggets, small fries instead of large, and no sauces or ketchup which were specifically ordered. It seems like the LEAST qualified applicants are hired into this location. I am giving a curve on this one. An extra star because I know from personal experience, working at a fast food joint is totally unmotivating and it can also be demoralizing at times. With all that said, I have personally never experienced a horrific wait time here. For the most part, workers here seem pretty content and willing to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. The drive thru is a little tight when driving around the back of the store. Also, with West Street traffic, it is really hard to make a left on the side road. Of course none of this stuff amounts to a hill of beans for my 2 year old daughter who insists on coming here every Wednesday night for her FRENCH FRIESSSS DADDY!!!! It really is a great deal! On Wednesday nights from 4-8pm happy meals are $1.05 and that's with the tax included. I must admit I have taken advantage of this deal many times for my lunch breaks the following day. I will definitely continue to patronize weekly as long as this deal is ongoing. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! I was just in this location and one of the employees kids was coming from the dinning area and opening the door that goes behind the counter and into the kitchen. The kids were running around and this happened twice while I was waiting for my food. Go to the drive thru around 2:15 AM, the sign clearly states that it's a 24 hour drive thru service. Get to the order screen/speaker and the worker states that it is closed and will open up in two hours. Completely disappointed in the service I receives. I ordered my food through DoorDash at around 11 at night and I waited the given time to receive it. An hour went by and I still had not received my order or any notification of an update for it. I checked my app multiple times and it said preparing order. I wondered how long it actually took to prepare fries, a sandwich and a drink. I tried to cancel it and it said that because the restaurant was already preparing my order that I could only be refunded the delivery fees which was $1.19 after they charged me a good $20 for my food. At this point I was livid and tired and I had to stay up until after 1 in the morning to receive my food. I didn't even want it anymore, nor was I hungry. But I had to eat it because I wasn't going to waste my money, and the food is never good the next day. So I pull to the window and hand the woman all of my money ($19) and then glance at my phone the woman then says that I only gave her $16 which was very untrue so i ask her too take off a hash brown but that still didn't fit the budget so the woman tells me if I order a soda and an apple pie I will have enough money to cover it, HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE i think to myself because it was late at night and i just wanted my food, so i say "ok" and pull up to get my food and the whole car ride home I was thinking that this woman had just pocketed my three dollars and got away with it. The daytime staff is generally very good, however the nighttime team at this "24" hour McDonalds have ignored myself and other cars on multiple occasions once it gets around 3 or 4 am. Don't advertise 24 hours to the people working late and not deliver. read more

I have given this location several tries. Not impressed with the drive thru. Each time something is wrong with the order. I usually order sweet tea and on EVERY order they have given me unsweetened tea. After the second time I confirmed with the order taker my order and still unsweetened tea is what I got.
