The resturant inside was very clean, and the employees working behind the counter were very nonchalant. I ended up ordering their grilled chicken sandwich combo with their famous skinny fries. My mom got the Freddy's Original double combo with a Turtle milkshake and onion rings. The sandwich portion was big. The chicken was very juicy and tasted alright. The fries, however, were not seasoned. I had to get a salt and pepper packet to season them. At that point, they were very good, tasty, and crispy! Overall, the meal was okay. It was nothing spectacular but also nothing terrible either. As for my mom, she wasn't very impressed with her hamburger. She said the portion size was good, but she would describe the hamburger itself as "lacy." She said it was okay, but since it took us 27 minutes to get here, she said Culver's was better in quality and closer. She was underwhelmed by the onion rings. She said it was more of the fried breading and barely any onion inside. However, she did enjoy her milkshake, but struggled to suck it up through the straw. It was enjoyable to try a new establishment, but it was just a mid experience for me.

I sadly just realized that I have never reviewed Freddy's. I have been here so often that I…read moreassumed that I already had! Time to fix that oversight. Now this review has nothing to do with that my father's name was Freddy and that my mother's favorite treat was frozen custard. But those little tidbits of information don't hurt. The warm feeling that I get when I eat frozen custard reminiscent of enjoying it on the boardwalk with my mom is renewed at Freddy's not because of the ambience of the restaurant, but because of that same delicious taste that my mind still seems to remember from long ago that I have not found anywhere else before this. But I digress. Freddy's may look like your typical fast food restaurant, but it is anything but. I already loved it for the burgers, the french fries with their wonderful sauce, and of course, the custard but now they have a salad as well. Really fresh greens with my favorite burger on top as a garnish. Low-carb great taste and totally filling. But not so filling as to not leave room for that wonderful custard. On this particular visit, I did run into an issue which I will not lower my rating because of, but want people aware of so it does not happen to them. If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.

Saw the fantastic reviews on this place and figured I would finally give it a shot. Boy, am I happy I did!! Mexas has quickly become one of my go-to places to eat when I am in the Orlando area- both locations, although I think I love this express location best. I've now shared it with many of my favorite people (my son, my best friend, my boyfriend) on our trips together and everyone has been blown away. The birria is fantastic, full stop. My first time, I came for street tacos.... But as soon as I tried the birria it was over for me. I haven't wanted to order anything else since. The birria quesadilla is absolutely massive and meant to be shared with at least one other person. It's a counter service spot, and they tend to be busy if you come during peak times- but food service is always fast, and every time I've had a question, they have been super friendly and patient with answers. The margaritas are strong, but decent- they are clearly premixed so nothing outstanding, but still tasty and they do the job. The guacamole is also phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and give this local spot a try!

After ordering, you grab a number, find your own table, and they bring the food out to you. It's a very casual, easy setup, but finding a seat can be a little challenging when it's busy. I tried the limited-time Thai Chicken Salad Wrap and it was delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely something I'd order again if it stays on the menu. Unfortunately, the fried pickle chips were a miss for me. They were pretty limp instead of crispy, and the oil tasted a little old, so I probably wouldn't order those again. Overall, though, we had a good experience. The wrap was excellent, ordering was easy, and it's a convenient quick-service option while walking around Disney Springs. I'd definitely return and try more of the menu!

But this is one of the places I look forward to most every single time I'm back in Orlando. There is always a long line, and it is always, always worth it! (Trust me) Getting to build your own pizza with genuinely delicious ingredients is an experience on its own, but then actually biting into that pizza and finding that it is one of the best slices you're going to find? That is something I want to relive for as long as I possibly can. I always go for the cauliflower crust, load it up with that spicy tomato sauce that elevates everything to a whole new level, and pile on as much meat as humanly possible, because if I'm doing a pizza, it's going to be loaded with as much protein and sweetness and pure chaos as I can fit on it. In a mecca of food options that Disney Springs is, I admittedly don't think of Earl of Sandwich as a first option often, but after a long night at Level 99... a quick sandwich was the perfect way to go! We ordered: The Earl's Club - why not order the namesakes sammich? The bread is phenomenal - a mix between fresh baked bread and a flaky pastry, it made the entire experience level up! Plenty of toppings and delicious flavors - only caveat was that we had to open it up and redistribute the toppings evenly. The service is extraordinary. At 10:00 PM, they still had over 15 staff, so everything was well taken care of including staff ready to wipe down every used table within seconds of people vacating them. With plenty of booths and tables, the inside is nice and simple comfort. In a pinch, I found a new option.
