The insurance company contacted them directly and spoke with Judy who tried to twist the story to say, they charged her because they thought she would be getting eyeglasses too. My wife never mentioned anything about getting eyeglasses; its obvious they made a mistake and were trying to justify it rather than apologize to the customer.
