We paid a lot of money for this service and wanted to discuss what could be done. I don't know what else to try to get them to communicate with me. We at least expected them to honor us as customers and call us back to help us make this right. I can't recommend this company right now.

CW Pools not only fixed our issues with the pool but also have restored our trust and confidence in great service, fantastic price, the communication is outstandingi and they ALWAYS show up do the best job EVER and everyone that knows us and our pool is simply amazed at how beautifull it is!!!! We used to have a green algae infested dirty pool that we could not swim in. NOW, we can swim any moment of any day and our friends and family love coming over to swim again. It's so great that we are having a wedding and reception right here and before CW Pool took over we wouldn't even have considered anything involving the old embarrassing pool.
