They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. We purchased tile for three rooms in our new home from Imperial Floors, and had them perform the…read moreinstallation. The tile purchase experience was fine, and the staff very helpful. However, the company did not stand behind their installation work. Water from one of our showers would routinely leak out of the shower and on to the surrounding tile floor. Not being contractors, we assumed the issue had to do with the shower doors. We had our contractor out to review the situation, and discovered that when the tile was installed, the installer did not prepare the underlying surface correctly, and there was a high area in the middle of the shower that directed water to the outside of the shower, rather than to the drain. Imperial Floors refused to even look at the issue, stating we were outside of the warranty period. Clearly, this was an installation issue as was confirmed by our contractor. Our contractor was forced to remove the shower tile floor, and the underlying high spot, and have a different tile installer complete the installation. If Imperial Floors would have come to look at the issue it would have been clear, however the owner of Imperial Floors refused. This represents a complete lack of customer care. We would not use Imperial Floors again.

I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them about the poor work and needing to get the installation completed. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns and caring about me as a customer. I would highly recommend him and his crew. However, the rest of the team really needs to get their communication and customer service addressed - it's very draining (pun intended) to have to manage and check the work you're paying someone else to complete.

Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. Kurt and Julie helped us find a quality laminate that didn't break our budget and brightened up the home beautifully. It's easy for us senior citizens to keep clean, too. A special bow of appreciation to Mitch, who did a terrific job on the new baseboards -- he painstakingly fine-tuned the places where new baseboards met old -- and was a true pleasure to have around. They were very friendly, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. We got an estimate a few days later and agreed to have New Dimension do the work. We approved the contract and paid the deposit and they ordered the wood. We ordered Brazilian cherry solid hardwood that we wanted finished in place. We wanted it to match the existing wood that part of the house had and they got it pretty close! They started work on October 8th and were completely done with the floors the 20th. We ended up having them replace the baseboards too because we wanted something that looked nicer, so we got another estimate for that and they got to work. Brandon was the main guy doing our floors. He was very nice and honest and communicated with me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing. We got the existing floors refinished at his recommendation and they look amazing, so much better than when we bought the house! There was a small issue with the first round of sealing the existing floors and Brandon let me know immediately and fixed it for us, which did push our move-in date a few days but ultimately wasn't a problem. He also gave us a recommendation for which product to use to keep our floors clean and in good condition which I'm thankful for. Mitch took care of our baseboards and was super nice. He worked on his own and was very efficient, fixing things as he found them and asking me questions when needed. We were living in the house by the time he got started but we just stayed out of his way and made sure he had what he needed. He was very friendly and helpful and we loved having him around. Overall we had a fantastic experience with New Dimension. Julie was super nice and called me to update me regularly, and their employees were all great. They're coming back in January to replace the carpet with wood on our stairs and we are looking forward to it. We highly recommend going with New Dimension if you are looking for a flooring or baseboard upgrade!
