My husband & I purchased a new 2018 $50,000.00 toy hauler at the end of April from another dealer. If only we knew then what we know now but thank goodness for men like Nathan Quigley. The other dealer would not provide any type of customer service to us for a new unit & for a refrigerator that we told them that was not working the following day after we picked the toy hauler up. After dealing with them for over a month & getting no where except a lot of frustration, I called McClain's & was told to speak to Nathan. I told him the problem & he sent out a tech & he pulled off the back panel to the unit from the outside of the toy hauler & found corrosion on the lines that he said had to be there for at least 3 to 4 months. So, at that point we know that our refrigerator never ran before it was delivered to us as promised by the other dealer. Nathan Quigley filled out the warranty work with Dometic (the mfg of the refrigerator) & they had a new refrigerator within a week in a half & did the installation for us. Hunter at McClain's is hands down the best salesman ever! We had been to 3 RV shows, looking for over a year. We met him at the spring RV show, and he really just stuck out to me. Class Act! These guys know how to work together to make a customer feel like family. I reside in Alabama and flew to Dallas to purchase the RV. I reached out and Hunter responded almost immediately and so politely answered all my questions for the next week or so. Everyone at McClain's RV in Sanger Texas seemed to have our best interest up front during the whole process of getting our Grand Design Refection fixed and back on the road. Yes, it took a while but no fault of McClain's. Service mgr Ricky and his team all performed in a very professional and with knowledge and training to get the job done. We also want to thank body shop manager Dustin for his part in helping us with certain details the day our problems started. They all kept us informed with the whole process. We were caught in hail storm in April 2016 at KOA in San Antonio. Decided because reference from mfg rep to bring our fifth wheel McClain RV. In Sanger. Dustin was very helpful. Very up front with what needed to be done. Worked with our insurance company. Fifth wheen roof had to be comletely replaced along with side panel because damage. I bought my Open Range RV from McClain's and they have been great to handle service needs. Recently I had my RV in for service and they topped off my propane tanks at no charge. I picked up my RV and took it home then received a call from Service Manager Ricky Clay saying that the propane tanks had not been put back in the RV so he set someone to bring them to my home, some 40 miles away. read more

We've had experiences with both McClain's in Denton and McClains in Sanger. I give Sanger 5 stars. The one in Denton always had to keep my RV for a week or more. Even when we had an appointment. Sanger on the other hand got us in FOUND the issue sent us home. Then called us when the parts came in and had us back out within 4 hours!! I'd take my RV to McClain's in Sanger any day!! read more
