After Billy discovered the step motor had broken, Heather called and told me what the price of the new motor would cost and she immediately ordered it for us. When it arrived at their location, Heather called and told me that Shaun and Billy looked carefully to make sure it was the right part and then we talked about when we could get it installed. This is the most amazing part - they sent Billy on a 4 hour drive to get to us in Tulsa, OK. so that they could complete the job themselves. Their pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We will certainly use them again when we are in the Dallas area.

But....We showed up after a 4 hour drive through the night ready with cash in our hands to trade our camper in and take theirs off the lot. Our walkthrough guy was AMAZING. With that being said right off the bat he had to call in his cleaning guy to vacuum up rat poop. Rat poop was everywhere, on the floor, in the drawers, including where you put your silverware!?! If you touch a countertop your hand was covered in filthy and sticky. It was disgusting. They agree to get their cleaning guy in to clean up for us because "we rushed him" we had our appointment set up for 2 whole weeks...with that being said if you rushed something as simple as a cleaning guy what else do you rush. If it wouldn't not have been for the parts guy telling us they were waiting on parts to repair the fridge we would have walked away without it working correctly. When speaking with Matt about our issues we were having he said it was an us problem. Excuse me? Matt and the owner treated us like fools. All other staff members on the other hand were very nice and understanding! They 100% accommodated to all of our needs and we really appreciate them more than anything! We are not trying to slander or anything of the sorts. We just do not appreciate being spoken to disrespectfully and told that it is "your fault because you like new things and it's not new enough for you" -Matt's words.

We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems.
