One time, I brought my mom, and she enjoyed it as well. They have a small dining area. Each time I have come, I order and either my food is brought to my car, or I wait for it. I am not a fan of the garlic bread, but that is personal preference. The pasta is great. I also opted out of a salad this time. They come with pepperoni on them and I don't eat pork. I have also had two desserts. They are very rich. Both were good. I did a chocolate cake, which had raspberry or strawberry something in the middle. I didnt know this at the time I purchased. I ate around that. The other item was a smore's cake. It was good as well. I will return.

It is not just a sandwich shop, it is a sanctuary of sizzle, a monument to meat, and the keeper of my very soul. They lay thinly sliced ribeye upon a screaming hot grill, right before your weeping eyes, onto a roll so soft and pillowy, it holds the heavy burden of glorious steak juices like a protective mother. Then there is the red sauce. It is not a condiment. It is an awakening. A crimson wave of sweet, tangy ecstasy that breathes life into the steak. And the peppers! Those free banana peppers are bright yellow coins of hope, cutting through the rich darkness of the onion-kissed beef. And they have supernatural speed! You order. You hand over your money. Before the register can even click shut, a piping hot, heavy brick of butcher paper is thrust into your trembling hands. How? Is it magic? Is it a glitch in the matrix? Do not question it. Just accept the miracle. My doctor tells me to eat more salads, and they HAVE THOSE TOO! I got one today, the chicken salad with jalapeno ranch. I didn't even have this dream until Big John's told me to dream it. Look, you could go to a lot of different sandwich places in Flint, but seriously do yourself a favor and go here. Choose happiness. Today I arrived early, let them know my pick up name, and told them I knew I was early and it was fine to wait. Well 6 minutes past my pickup time now (I've been here for 15 minutes now), the business has gotten busier so I decided to go up to the counter and ask about it, was ignored while she asked the lady behind me her name, gave her her order, then I said "do you know if mine is ready?" And she was like "what was the name again" and it was ready and sitting there for minutes and I went completely ignored. I also asked for tomato and onion on only half, there was tomato on half but onion on the whole thing. So that was wrong, which happened last time as well. I work in food service so I understand it gets busy and sometimes things can be forgotten, but time and time again is not ok! Food is always great but service can be better.

It was fairly crowded when we got there - a good indication since it was 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. a server was with us immediately and we had drinks in no time. same with placing our orders & receiving our food - fast & friendly. my brothers ham & bean soup looked delicious it was easy to tell it was homemade. my corned beef & pastrami w Swiss & Cole slaw on grilled rye - called the Detroit Shocked Sandwich - made my mouth water looking at it and was just as tasty as it looked. Plus let me tell you they do not skimp on anything You get a STACK of meat on it. It was all I could do to finish half of it. my family is originally from the Detroit area where they have some of the best delis and I can confidently say that Omega would fit right in. I haven't had a sandwich like that since going to one of the Detroit Delis that specialize so I'm over the moon after eating at Omega. It was $16.95 for my sandwich. I think that price is on point when you take a look at how much a fast food combo runs these days. You definitely get your moneys worth at Omega. Plus you get to sit back and have great service from a very friendly attentive waitstaff. My brother having been there many times also said they've tried a lot of other things on the menu and there's nothing that has disappointed them. His wife particularly enjoys their breakfast. I have to state this because they always do this. When my order was delivered I received the Verdura and one House Salad, not my two Caesar Salads. In addition, the House Salad was on top of the hot pasta and was therefore hot as well. Furthermore, the pasta was swimming in sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman. I believe his name was James. I explained the errors to him. He did not apologize at all. In fact, he told me that I either did not enter the note appropriately, or it did not come through on their end. He said that he bagged up my order. He also said nothing about the salad screwups. I told him that putting cold salads on top of hot pasta is their common practice with my orders, he said nothing. I told him that I was bringing this to his attention so that they could improve this practice. Once again, no response. I said to him that not putting cold salads on top of hot pasta should be common sense. He replied with, "I'm not going to have this discussion with you. You can take it up with DoorDash.
