That small act of care made a huge difference in our dining experience, and my mom was utterly pleased. What stood out most was that she didn't HAVE to do that. She CHOSE to. That level of initiative and customer service truly elevated our entire dining experience. She was, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. We were so impressed that we asked to speak with a manager, which happened to be the general manager, just to share how amazing she was. We even mentioned that she should be appointed to train other staff, only to find out that she had just stepped into that exact role. That actually came as no surprise at all.
