The two staff members, both teenagers, barely paid attention. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp by the kitchen for 20 minutes before one of them brought us our food. One of them carried on a long conversation with another table as they knew them, and ignored all other tables, including ours. The other just played on their phone by the counter and didn't do anything until they decided to bring my wifes food out. They had brought me mine as soon as it was ready, so I'm not sure what was going on here. This soured our overall feelings on the establishment, and we've not been back since. This was about a year ago that this happened.

He then asked if we had a sweet tooth and we all smiled because we do. Therefore, he brought us a delicious complimentary out of this world bread pudding and our little guy a cookie. The extra attention he paid to the little guy made his day. We were extremely happy with our experience and will definitely make the hour trip to eat here again.

That being said, the food wasn't great. I got a sirloin steak and it was very bland (no seasonings whatsoever, just a slab of unseasoned meat.) I requested steak sauce on the side and it was left out of the order, so I just ate it plain. It was also extremely cooked/well done and tough to chew. My husband got a chicken sandwich the bacon added, and the bacon was so undercooked it was stringy and had to be removed from the sandwich. He also requested no mayo, but there was mayo on the sandwich. I will say the girl I ordered with on the phone was really nice and the service was fast. I will likely give it another go but do it in the restaurant so the food is more fresh.
