I moved to the area recently and this has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I've tried a bunch of different things and haven't been disappointed yet. The burgers at dynamite, cheese curds are great, shrimp is good, and the Rueben sandwhich is delicious. All in all, the food is fantastic and the service is great. Overall an awesome place with awesome food. The burgers were excellent quality and were delicious. But what I want to talk about is their Reuben.... It was the best I have ever had! The bread was grilled perfectly and held up to all the juices, the kraut was great, the sauce was awesome, but the crowning jewel? The corned beef! It was the best! It was so tender and juicy and just exploding with flavor! Definitely not a dry Reuben! Every bite was awesome and I can't wait to get another. read more

After several visits I'm so impressed with this small town Bar n Grill. Great atmosphere. Wonderful food. From cheese bread to daily specials. We've been coming here for 2 year's food and services we're always so great and wonderful. Food quality was always top notch. They were doing a great service to the community during Covids peak last year and we hit them up 2 to 3 times a week for curb side pick up so they could keep their staff working. Atmosphere has always been relaxed and inviting too...With all that being said I have to say that tonight will be our final visit to the place. We've eaten here about 4 times the past 6 months and the quality coming out of the kitchen gets worse and worse each time. Bland food, steak that literally looks like it was bought at Dollar Tree and the flavor of shoe leather. No seasonings on anything, tasteless dry and just not worth the prices they ask for. I totally understand Covid and how it's affected all companies from food supply chains to staffing. Not seeing a staffing issue here, staff have always been exceptionally great and there's several present now...Food is just horrible, bland,no flavor,no seasoning and something you'd expect at a fast food place. We both had the steak dinner tonight we both ate maybe 4 bites and slid it to the end of the table. The Server asked if it was OK and we stated it was pretty bad and nasty. She took it back stating she'd make it " right " by us...She took 4 dollars of a 50 dollar bill. You guys enjoy the place we'll give more business to Cafe Sports,Amy's Downtown Diner, Brent's Pizza, Bears Diner and Williamston Roadhouse. read more

They seem to have a decent selection of beers, but the cleanliness, service & food quality are questionable. My "Italian Baked Sub" came out with ice cold marinara sauce which made the oven time a moot point...it was terrible! The sausage on it, which I removed, looked like someone already chewed it: eewww! The waitress walked away without taking my drink order & I had to call her back to the table. She only brought 1/2 of my order when she finally delivered drinks. I wish this were a better, cleaner place; the atmosphere is fairly comfortable. If there's a next time, I will only sit at the bar where I can get good, friendly service. Stopped in for lunch on our way through Perry on a whim. My husband had a grinder on what looked like some kind of homemade pizza dough bread that was amazing. I had a chicken sandwich made with what I think were fresh made beer battered chicken strips and some kind of garlic mayo - ridiculously good. This is an excellent eatery! I had a bloody Mary and it was served with a crispy crunchy pickle and 2 fat olives that I donated to my honey. I had a burger cooked medium and it was actually cooked medium! It was juicy and flavorful. The fries were hot and crunchy, too. $1.99 bought a delicious, side of guacamole and the portion size was quite generous. The atmosphere was clean and comfy. Was there last saturday night and sat with a group of friends. They originally said waitress left and theres a new one but not sure who After about 10 min and no waitress I went to the bar and bartender said she was busy it would take a few minutes and asked if I have a tab I said no been waiting said I came up to her for a beer I would pay cash. She still said it could be a few minutes. So I said I might as well sit down then finally the girl sweeping came and took my order then went to bar and waited for my beer and started talking to customers up there as was bartender, eventually she went around the bar and got my bottle of beer herself. Well over 20 minutes not worth my time and high prices they charge. These were also fairly new staff I've never seen. Drank my beer and left and my friends did also. read more

Had a great time until it was time to pay. Will never do a tab there. Waitress brought my bill out for 27 dollars and when i gave her my credit card she didn't bring me back the same receipt to sign and i didn't notice until after i signed it that it was not the one i expected it was for 46 instead and when i asked her she was all frustrated and gave me some excuse. Well they was busy so i let it go and went back the next day and for some reason they couldn't find my 27 dollar bill. Told me the accountant would call me but never did so i called back and they told me she would call me again and never did so i ask for the manager to call me and she never did. So saying all that DO NOT run a tab there. Pay as you go so you don't get screwed like i did!! Oh and by the way the dollar amount that came out of my account was 54 lol SMH!! read more

Hit and miss......pizza is always good but I've also had the worst gyro I've ever had here. The staff are excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a nice surprise for the little town of Perry. Really feels like a bar you'd walk into up North which I really like. Just wish the food was more consistent. read more

The only reason I am writing this review is because we have been sitting here for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the bill. The food was very good, but the wait staff are clearly overwhelmed. Our waitress, a young lady, even made statements about it. We had to go up to the bar and ask for menus and to get refills on drinks. Went for lunch. They had a large menu with lots to choose from. The food took awhile considering we were two of six customers in there. The grinder I ordered was delicious and all the ingredients appeared surprisingly fresh for bar food. Our waitress was very friendly. read more

The atmosphere is rustic and the crowd was small town neighborhood friendly. The bar maids and waitresses provided excellent, prompt and accurate service. Charlie's crew knows how to do it right. Love coming in for beers, or to bring the family in for dinner. They have great pizza, burgers, just about anything. Service is great.
