Stopped for a quick lunch as I was headed north on I-75 and happened across this little family owned burger stop so decided to do a quick U-turn and give it a try--I love to roll the dice on a local joint, and the long line at the drive thru at this place was a good invitation that the local crowd liked it. As it turns out, I was SO glad that I stopped. My double burger came STACKED with super fresh lettuce, tomato and onions, plus mustard, and to that I added the chopped olives for another $0.49--what a burger!!! Absolutely loved every delicious, juicy bite! Oh, and the thick fries were battered and apparently double fried ... well, however they were prepared they were excellent and served piping hot. Everybody's nice and down to earth, its just one of those places where it doesn't look the prettiest but they make up for it in there food! Total was 10.77 because I added mushrooms. Best gyros in Gennessee County. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and still lived near this place. Now, I still make the twenty minute drive for the food. The service is always polite and fast. It isn't as fast as an average fast food place, but that is because they actually make the food to order. It is well worth the wait. The ambiance is... Fine? Need to rant-- mom and I stopped at Papas between Dr appointments today! This is located in Flint Township on Linden rd. There are signs showing daily specials on the side of the building. Today (Wednesday) was Coney Dogs $1.50. So I ordered mushrooms and 2 Coney dogs, 1 no onions. She said ok $12.50! Wait what?? Asked her about price and she said "they are only $1.50 if you get 5". (That was NOT on the sign) I said then just make it 5 coneys please! (Bill would like some) I was then told "ok your total is $11.46". ‍. So I gave her my card to pay. She handed me back my card and the bag. I said "where are the mushrooms?" She said that I never ordered those. Ok so 5 hotdogs at $1.50 is NOT $11.46!! She was very rude and wanted the receipts because "it's right, the computer does it all"! WHAT- I looked in bag and she charged me for 6 hotdogs! She proceeded to tell me that they charge tax for the $2.59 for each hotdog then they subtract it to make it $1.50. I told her I believe that's illegal. How can you tax me on something that you're not charging me?!? When looking at my receipt currently I see they also charged .44 for CASH DISCOUNT! WHAT?? Don't order the Coney. Sandwich is fair. Service is decent as long as you don't go to the bullet proof window and see the apprehension on the faces of the young wait staff. My fist and second visits found dried coney dogs and stale bread. read more

Great gyros good portion sizes, delicious fried pickle. Staff was quick to recommend specials and featured items so out was easy. Heard the Wings were the best. Hoping to find out sooner than later. read more

Me and my husband just got food from here and both of our meals were made completely wrong. And then they forgot my drink so he had to get out and go grab it. Whatever not a big deal, until they gave me the complete wrong drink and no straw to consume the nasty diet soda they decided to give me. They felt the need to add multiple things to BOTH of our sandwiches which I decided to double take the online menu to make sure we just didn't order the wrong thing and we didn't. AND on my crispy chicken sandwich they decided to give me one paper thin piece of chicken. So I basically just had to consume a lettuce and mayo sandwich... YUM! I have been coming here my entire life and I don't know if they just have a staff that doesn't give a single care in the world about what people order or what their menu says and just makes what they feel like it but it's nothing like it use to be. And it's really sad. (note: we didn't order our food with anything special or anything taken off. Just ordered it RIGHT OFF THE MENU. So it should have saved the confusion, hence why we didn't double check it in the drive thru.) Thanks for wasting $25 of ours and causing us to have to go get MORE food somewhere else. My mom went her fish was raw and the manager or owner gave her a hard time getting her money back I also had the same experience. They fish batter is disgusting both the cod and fried catfish they polish sausages are smaller it seems like they cut corners when it was coney connection it was way better quality not ever going to spend my money there.
