We wanted the real thing, not manufactured laminate type of floors. Just plain old wood floors that would last a lifetime. Michael and his crew installed it for a very competitive price. They were reliable, efficient and did a beautiful job. They also re-finished the rest of the original wood floors in the home at that time and 5 years later, the floors still look great. Recently, we had a floor furnace removed. With that removal, the gaping hole in the floor had to be covered with wood flooring to match the rest of the home. We didn't trust anyone else to do this job but Michael and his crew. He came through for us again. The floor repair looks flawless as can be; for a chunk of missing floor that is installed to match the rest of the flooring. Michael is a good communicator. Offers fair pricing. Since he had to redo the wall and ceiling, and didn't get paid to do redo the work, he didn't care what kind of job he did.
