It needed new flooring, painting, lighting and the kitchen and bathrooms were a complete gut job. I interviewed four contractors. Not only was Vartan the lowest bidder, unlike the others his bid also included materials. I saved thousands of dollars and the hassle of shopping for all the materials. He set up a very fair payment schedule that didn't require me to put up half before he started. I live in a planned community and had a very tight timeline for completion in addition to requirements from the HOA. Hearing so many horror stories about unscrupulous contractors I had concerns about everything being completed on time. Vartan is the most reliable contractor I've ever met. He delivered everything he promised and more. He was a pleasure to work with. His work crews were always on time and left the work space clean each day. Vartan went above and beyond to make sure my style was reflected in the renovations. I appreciated his suggestions. In many cases his selections looked better and cost less than what I had picked. He even did a few extra things he knew I would like. He didn't try to gouge me to make extra money. What he quoted was what I paid except for extras I requested after work began. When I was able to have the job started Clifford was amazing. His communication was by far the best I have ever received from any contractor we ever had in the past. It was easier for me to text, and he called right back when asked or responded right away. He was flexible with scheduling to meet our needs. We understand that things happen with delayed product, however, Clifford was able to work around it and find just what we needed to get the job done, and done right!
