He was busy and the first minute or so was him speaking with a person and not sounding like he was in a good mood so I apologized since it sounded like bad timing when he finally greeted me and took my call. I understand things can get quite hectic and the time isn't always right but either don't answer the call or immediately ask to give them a call back. He allowed me to proceed for a QUICK second, literally... explaining we found him on google, he cut me off and said he's not interested and hung up. Not even 5 seconds of listening! I was appalled. I didn't even get to explain what work we needed.... he blatantly just cut me off and rejected work. WHAT COMPANY REJECTS WORK?? We're an industrial company that could have potentially been returning customers time and time again with all the routine work on our equipment, not to mention rave about it to the other sub divisions within who could also keep them in mind for the future? For the E9X M platform, BMW…read morecreated a M Performance exhaust made of Inconel, which was prone to cracking when paired with test pipes or catless x-pipes (this was rectified with V2 that has holes on the muffler to ease airflow. After learning about Humble Engineering on Bimmerpost, I reached out to Ryan, the owner. Many others have also experienced cracking and welders not accustomed to Inconel usually made matters worse by chasing the cracks and making a mess. Not the case with Ryan! We promptly scheduled a time. As I purchased a V2 of this said exhaust, the one with cracking was already off my car. That made our appointment simple. In ~20 minutes, Ryan welded the multiple cracks I had and tested his work to ensure no crack a have been missed and there'd be no air leakage. I was quickly able to sell the fixed exhaust on Bimmerpost. Thank you!! Throughout the process, Ryan explained to me the tools and materials he was using, as well as the process. I made an appointment with Zachary to better secure my RV gate which had blown open during the last…read morebig winds. He had a cancellation so he was able to come out right away. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!

He not only took my money and didn't complete a job. He did this while my wife was sick and then passed away. From January of 2015. Sunday at your place of business you made me aware that you have no plan on finishing my 1960 Buick Invicta Convertible as our contract stated. The car that has been on your possession since February 11, 2012 and still not finished under the terms of the contract. Sunday you informed me that you had no intentions of completing my car as you contractually agreed to because you felt like you should be paid more money. I then offered you two options: Option 1: Contractually even though I owe you nothing and you owe me a completed car fully operational as the day I drove it in. I still would be willing to give you the second half of the additional $1500 you told me you were owed on August 6th, 2013 even though in the contract it states I would owe you no monies if the car was no completed by month's end. (A date Jose gave me). As long as you gave me a new completion date. I even offered to give you as much time as you needed due to your injuries you sustained months ago after getting hit by a drunk driver. (In which myself and Erich set up a fundraiser which net you enough money to pay your shop rent and other expenses,) Option 2: I would have to take you to court for Breach of Contract, Damages and Failure To Perform. (Which I did not because come to find out he didn't even have the proper coverage to operate a business. So it would of been an additional was of money for me. His response was, in paraphrase: (Well then take me to court. I know I made a bad business decision; I will have to deal with the repercussions. I know that it my fault and I know that I didn't hold up to my end of the contract. I guess it's a business lesson I have to learn. In my condition I can't complete your car even if you gave me a chance to take longer to complete it. I have other cars willing to pay the going shop rate not what I gave you (Of which I didn't ask for) Your car cannot be done for $750 and I refuse to make things right. You then informed me my car would be pushed outside in the elements for nonpayment. It was then pushed outside, in pieces with things stolen off the car. Then he blocked me on social media because he knew he was wrong! I have pictures of the car when it got there and when it left.
